Men's RightsMan flees Canada after losing his kids and $1.2 million home, and being forced to pay $4000 a month to his wife. Is labeled a "deadbeat dad" by the media. (self.TheRedPill)

submitted by [deleted]

Article in question: http://www.thestar.com/news/gta/2012/07/01/deadbeat_dad_flees_to_philippines_leaving_four_kids_without_support.html

Summary:

Canadian man gets divorce raped to the point where he simply cannot afford to pay what he has been ordered to. Instead of spending the rest of his life working as a slave to fund his wife's lifestyle, he flees the country, vowing never to return.

Body:

The couple in question got divorced in 2005. In 2008, their case was settled, with the wife receiving sole custody and child support, along with the home that her husband bought them. Both parties signed a contract stating that this was to be the case.

In 2011, not satisfied by the amount of betabux she had been entitled to, she took him back to trial, stating that she "was rushed and pressured and did not read the documents before she signed them. She said she did not understand she was signing away the right to any future spousal support, even if her circumstances changed."

So the house, the kids, and the child support weren't enough. She wanted more money in the form of spousal support on top of that, so she took him back to court and won. Her ex-husband promptly bailed, resulting in beta-shaming in the form of news articles labeling him as a "deadbeat dad"

This isn't a rare case. In Canada, men are routinely ordered to pay more than they can afford in divorce proceedings, and are faced with jail time if they cannot/refuse to pay. Here is actor Dave Foley's account of the same exact thing happening to him.

Lessons Learned:

Never, ever get married. Especially if you live in Canada.

This is what happens when you push men too far. They simply leave.

[–][deleted] 196 points197 points  (80 children)

I wish more men would do this. Leave the gov't with their stupid fucking bill. Maybe then they'd have fair settlements.

[–][deleted] 98 points99 points  (56 children)

Nah, they'll just tighten the laws to prevent men from doing this in the future.

[–]Xevalous 51 points51 points [recovered]

In the US it's that way. My dad couldn't leave the country until I turned 19 because of child support.

[–]pilledwillingly 43 points44 points  (36 children)

What the fuck. No fly restrictions because you got divorced! ?!

[–][deleted] 39 points40 points  (32 children)

Yep. I am friends with a guy whose wife lives in another country. He wants to join her there and they would not allow him to leave the USA without paying the entire child support in advance.

[–]Azzmo 48 points49 points  (10 children)

I'm at about a 1.5/10 level of discomfort reading this thread but this post shot me up to 8/10. Is this actually true as stated, or is it a restriction against him getting citizenship in that other country until his child support is paid?

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 27 points28 points  (0 children)

I can get a passport, as of last month, for the first time since 2001 when the bitch left with my kids. They revoked my military passport as well, took most of my money leaving me homeless on active duty. That cascaded into my security clearance revoked, and a bunch of other shit that made it damn difficult to be in the military. Can't live indoors on $300 a month, and $100 a month in Korea, but at least I had a roof over my head for that year. Didn't have enough to get a beer more than once a month, but food was free in Korea.

Death is preferable to going through that again.

[–][deleted] 13 points14 points  (4 children)

As far as I know he was not allowed to leave the country without paying it. He ended up paying it all. He hasn't left yet, because he still has other paperwork to do first. It never seems to end.

[–]Azzmo 25 points26 points  (3 children)

That is absolutely fucking horrifying if that's the case. He was effectively imprisoned for the crime of having a child and then a divorce.

What happened to the America we thought existed when we were growing up? /rhetorical

[–]foldpak111 11 points12 points  (2 children)

If you don't buy 5-7k worth of cameras (gopro, home surveillance, etc.) and stay the fuck away from marriage imma come find you and slap you up

[–]Greenspike25 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I too want to know more information about this story.

[–]I_is_the_best 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lol. Can't you just usea boat like immigrants ?

[–]Endorsed Contributorredpillbanana 21 points22 points  (9 children)

I can see the dystopian future now: divorced American men illegally fleeing across the Rio Grande into Mexico with US border patrol guards shooting at them from watchtowers.

[–]paleowannabe 36 points37 points  (4 children)

And then one of the guards gets divorce raped himself and takes his chances in the run.

I'd watch that movie.

[–]Endorsed Contributorredpillbanana 19 points20 points  (2 children)

Excellent.

And the guard's brother, who is also a guard and knows his divorce situation, has to decide whether to shoot him or not as he makes his run to freedom.

[–]2CHAD_J_THUNDERCOCK 17 points18 points  (1 child)

And his ex-wife joins the border patrol to stop him when she hears his plan. She is a 10/10 babe who wears skimpy shorts and a low cut shirt. Many scenes of her bending over rails with binoculars to see something from afar. 90% of the beta men on the guard tower are desperate to help her stop her husband from leaving in an attempt to impress her.

[–]TheSelfGoverned 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seriously...someone needs to pitch this to Hollywood producers.

[–]grachuss 2 points3 points  (3 children)

As an Agent I would just wave. Maybe put a few rounds in the dirt for appearences.

[–]Endorsed Contributorredpillbanana 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Plot twist: all the border patrol guards are divorced women.

[–]JoeModz 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Not sure if you're actually an Agent or not, but do you actually try and stop people from sneaking back into Mexico?

[–]grachuss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, they could be carrying weapons or money.

[–]john1443 12 points12 points [recovered]

Yep. I am friends with a guy whose wife lives in another country. He wants to join her there and they would not allow him to leave the USA without paying the entire child support in advance.

There is a 0 chance that I will ever live in the US, seriously.

[–]jumpingdonkey 2 points3 points  (0 children)

amen brother, im absolutely horrified by all the things going on there.

[–]occupythekitchen 9 points10 points  (4 children)

you can cross into Mexico and go from there or canada. Make sure to get a 10 year passport before divorcing or a second citizenship

[–]samsonx 2 points2 points [recovered]

After 10 years you're in the shit.

[–]Polaris382 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Yeah you can definitely get INTO Mexico no problem, but after that...

[–]occupythekitchen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can live well in Mexico. I mean are you scared of 5'6 people and do you really think you'd live in the most dangerous suburb if you went there

[–]thegr8b8m8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok so how can they stop you exactly? If your already gone not much some family court in podunk america will be able to do about it.

[–]occupythekitchen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you can cross into Mexico and go from there or canada. Make sure to get a 10 year passport before divorcing or a second citizenship

[–]Endorsed ContributorRedBigMan 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Sounds like when you get divorced it's time to take the next plane to a non-extradition treaty country and/or one that does not do reciprocal child support.

You know before teh divorce rape debt piles up and you can't leave the cuntry.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it came to it I'd probably leave before the divorce came through. As soon as it was obvious that the divorce was about to proceed, I'd be gone.

[–]Endorsed ContributorAFPJ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tbh it doesn't take a genius to go down to Mexico and disappear from there.Totallynotadvocatingillegalthings ;] ;] ;]

[–]LuvBeer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In some countries (Costa Rica specifically) you need to pre-pay the equivalent of about a year of child support to have permission to leave the country if you're a divorced man with kids. This can cause all sorts of problems for your career if it involves travel, as mid-level jobs often do these days.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Holy Shit.

Land of The Free...Not Even Once

Go socialized Europe lol

[–]VinylGuy420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Couldn't he just drive across the boarder to Mexico and take a plane from there?

[–]Rfvthn 2 points3 points  (3 children)

No its absolutely not like that in the US! That was probably because he owed.. my father was divorced, paid child support, and left the country with me several times. Feminists and red pills seem to love sensationalizing their victim status

[–]Squeezymypenisy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

*mens rightists, this section of TRP is the men rights section.

[–]Beakersful 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My ex won't get my kids a passport because she thinks I'll kidnap them and take them abroad where I'm working. The cost of education here for them is more than my salary. But she wants to try taking a quarter of my salary, which is more than she has ever had incoming in her life

[–]antihostile 26 points27 points  (9 children)

Exactly.

She implored the Family Responsibility Office to try and stop him from leaving, asking that a lien be put on his house in Grimsby, and to seize his passport, but the FRO did not move on those requests. Mills, a Danish immigrant, has both a Canadian and European passport.

You can bet the FRO won't make that mistake twice.

[–]TRP Vanguard: "Dark Triad Expert"IllimitableMan 65 points66 points  (8 children)

"Family responsibility office" what fucking Orwellian nightmare is this... reads just like newspeak.

[–]beginner_ 13 points14 points  (5 children)

I find "Brave new world" much scarier as it really fits very, very well to our current situation.

[–]2CHAD_J_THUNDERCOCK 10 points11 points  (4 children)

[–]benczi 4 points5 points  (1 child)

To be effective, both must be implemented. As we can see it being done today.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]MarvelousWhale 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Excellent observation. Always felt more attuned to Huxley's observations and perspective since I was a young boy.

[–]thegr8b8m8 6 points7 points  (1 child)

Honestly taking the redpill is much more than just learning to deal with women. I keep coming to more and more realizations than I could have realized. Im not really sure I am in America some days. Ignorance was bliss but you can never go back. More painful truth and seeing how much that shitbox TV brainwashes the masses.

[–]ReclusiveHermit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly taking the redpill is much more than just learning to deal with women. I keep coming to more and more realizations than I could have realized.

I know exactly what you mean. I used to blindly support the whole "feminism" status quo, because hey, who could be against equality right? But more and more I'm coming to understand what feminism actually is: It's an ideology. Ideologies can be dangerous, and this one is.

[–]redditarcm89 17 points17 points [recovered]

I'd say at least a quarter of men in my highschool class did this; albeit not physically. They just mentally checked out after over a decade of rejection from girls, teachers, family, and church for not being exactly the way they were desired to be.

Bachelor tax is more likely

Ps. Glad I'm not American

[–][deleted] 42 points43 points  (14 children)

We actually do have a bachelor tax right now if you think about it - single individuals don't get the tax breaks that married people do. A standalone additional tax on people who aren't married, without the cloak of disguise it's in now, would simply just not fly.

[–][deleted] 14 points15 points  (1 child)

The tax breaks married filers get ain't really shit tho. Nowhere near good enough of a reason to get married.

[–]etzefeck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Especially if both of them work, then married couples usually file separately

[–]choikwa 6 points7 points  (2 children)

velcome to politics, where old people decide who gets what when.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everything is a bachelor tax because single men just don't use up that much in state provided resources, unless you count the 3 hots and a cot you get in prison.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not American as well. But if you are in any Western country it will happen sooner or later.

I'm currently learning an Asian language and plan to move within the next 5 years. It will probably come to that country as well within the next few decades, but I'll be to old to care. Hell, maybe I'll even get an unicorn ;) (I know they don't exist, but a man can dream)

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Problem is, "the government" = the taxpayer. Fuck socialism.

[–]mrmeyhemn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yep the US will suspend your passport if you owe more than 10k in child support, you also can not remarry (they did men a favor here) in the state where you owe said support.

can't even go to canada or mexico if you owe more than 10k in the U.S. the system is fucked. i know a few guys from my days in the telecom industry that can't leave the U.S., can't remarry, etc because of back child support. if you ever get behind its like credit card debt, you find it nearly impossible to catch up. this is what the system wants, lifelong slavery.

edit: personal experience of a lifelong slave. at some point you just give up and let the system fuck itself.

[–]TRP Vanguard: "Dark Triad Expert"IllimitableMan 42 points43 points  (0 children)

Sort of puts MGTOW into perspective.

[–]redpillagedotcom 22 points23 points  (1 child)

I've said it before and I'll say it again - STARVE THE BEAST. I removed myself out of the equation/system a long time ago.

[–]jaredschaffer27 21 points22 points  (4 children)

I think men are more capable than women of just packing up their shit and heading to somewhere unknown with nothing and no prospects. I think we can thrive in that situation in a way most women cannot.

[–]rockymountainoysters 36 points37 points  (2 children)

We are sexy foreigners when we travel.

When American women travel, they're just seen as somebody's lost sluts.

[–]dankman42099 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Almost makes me think some kind of cosmic justice may exist

[–]yiab127 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I moved to a city hundreds of miles away from family or friends for an internship in college and had zero problems with it. I returned to that city after graduation with three boxes and an offer letter.

My various female friends generally refuse to move away from their home city and if they do, always have their dad drive them down and set them up.

[–][deleted] 17 points18 points  (1 child)

I'd rather give all my assets to the lawyer than to give anything to my ex

[–]RemyPrice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those are pretty much your options.

[–]Nothing_Gazes_Back 29 points30 points  (8 children)

Leave after having years of time, effort, and money stolen from them. Simply leaving after having your life torn apart is hardly a consolation prize.

[–]-Petulance 31 points31 points [recovered]

Or stay and face being bankrupt, in jail or overdosing.

I'd take the passport.

[–]Nothing_Gazes_Back 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I'm not saying it isn't the best option. The guy is 100% in the right. That doesn't mean he didn't get fucked raw, though.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 10 points11 points  (4 children)

I just finished 14 years of indentured servitude, and I'm rebuilding my life for the 7th time, second major rebuild. Thanks to marriage and divorce laws, I've been homeless for no less than five years of my life. I was military so I couldn't leave without severely cutting down the countries I can live in.

[–]Nothing_Gazes_Back 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I think I read one of your posts a couple days ago. That really sucks, man. I'm glad that I've found this place before considering marriage.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not even an example of the worst it can be. My story is common enough that people joke about it.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (1 child)

The rate of cheating and divorce in the military is insane. I think I read somewhere that cheating is around 70%.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Id say closer to 100%than 70% for females. The only girls who don't fuck around are the girls who can't.

[–]RedPill808 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I saw this happen first hand. An MD friend of mine, left to live ExPat because house, child support and usury-level alimony were awarded to the ex-wife. There are some countries where they won't take action on US court orders.

When she filed for divorce, she got an exclusive-use order for he house, barring him from entry and sold every motorcycle, gun, ski gear and anything else of value belonging to him that she could lay her hands on.

[–]antihostile 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"Capitulate or leave" are the options, as Dave Sim once said. So far it's been capitulation, but maybe we're beginning to smarten up....

[–]dankman42099 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, these corrupt feminist politicians should thank their lucky stars that men haven't pulled an October Revolution on them and their miserable families.

Can identify with this guy. Same thing happened to me. Got divorced in Florida because wife was sleeping with her 36 year old co-worker (she was 22). She moved out in the middle of the night to some random dude's house and left me with the baby. Didn't hear from her for a few months and then when court date came up to finalize divorce, she contested and the judge gave her my son, 2800 dollars per month (I was only making 3600 per month after taxes), plus I had to pay for medical and life for my son, and she was going to get half my pension if I retired from the company I worked for. Was only married for 2 years.

Tried my best to be the "good dad" and paid and was early to every visit I got. Eventually, she quit letting me see my son and I took her back to court twice just to get her a good "talking to" by the judge. Yeah, that sure did punish her. After thousands of legal fees, license suspended because I couldn't pay the child support, no visitation with my son, and two nights in jail for failure to pay child support....I said fuck it. I moved across the country because I found out that Florida cannot enforce child support outside the state, change over my DL to my new state, and never looked back.

Best decision of my life. Sucks that I can't see my son but he will get older and I will see him again.

[–]Senior Endorsed ContributorCopperFox3c 121 points122 points  (9 children)

Women and the courts appear to view modern-day men as slaves to be used for their labor and entertainment. Put the yoke on, keep 'em working away at the plantation. Beta-shame them as "deadbeats" if they refuse to play along.

Bull. Fucking. Shit.

I think you probably did the only thing you really could in that situation. And you know what, that's the real tragedy. There are no safe exits, no recourse, for men anymore. Just get fucked over, or get fucked over even harder. Shameful ... that is the only word for it.

[–][deleted] 59 points60 points  (7 children)

Thanks man. Yeah it really was choosing the lesser of two evils. It sucks because I don't mind paying some child support but the system is setup to extract so much from you that it puts you in poverty and then you get hit with the "you're too poor to provide for a suitable living environment". So, you loose visitation until you improve your living situation but during that time, you child support goes up because you no longer have any visitation. Oh wait...deadbeat dad gets a raise at work...time to increase. "Oh but I lost my job or I got a pay cut" Judge - "Well you can make that amount again. We'll just put it on your credit report until you do."

Fuck being a slave.

[–]VinylGuy420 6 points7 points  (2 children)

How is this not obviously an unfair situation?!?! How does the judge not see this?! Was the judge a woman?

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Nope just an old guy that still thinks it is 1920.

[–]libglip 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"Imputed income", I suppose.

My ex-BIL had something like that happen to him, but he got a bankruptcy settlement. Cleaned him out, but at least he could move on. Didn't hurt that his only kid was already grown, either.

[–]foldpak111 0 points1 point  (3 children)

I'd illegally leave the country. Start over in London or Bangkok with a new name. That or death. They will lose.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UK, Us and Canada all have cose enough political links such that you can be fucked from any of these countries even if your bitch wife is in another. - Guy at work, married an American, left him, took the kids, went back to the US and divorce raped him from there, was enforced by a local court in the UK. Eventually, after crying and pleading in a local UK court, the Judge realized what a stupid situation it was and only enforced a "manageable" amount of child support and alimony. - If you read the article you'd know, even the cayman islands has ties with Canada. Thailand, I don't know about, but it's not as easy as hoping on a plane. You need to know where you're going and why

[–]2popthatpill 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Getting a new identity is a lot harder and more expensive than it was even 25 years ago. As recently as the 1980s, it was pretty easy in the US (and probably other countries) to make a new identity (eg. this lady made it look simple). These days, it takes a lot more time and money to create a whole new identity (eg. stricter rules on ID documents, biometric passports, etc).

[–]foldpak111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There should be a giant how to guide on here lol

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not only women. Men see their fellow men and even themselves as slaves, only to consider themselves with the material world of work and supplying.

[–][deleted] 136 points137 points  (17 children)

glad you were able to start a new life. Fuck that bitch

[–][deleted] 128 points129 points  (16 children)

Yup. And the real "twilight-zone" was that everyone though I was the shitty parent. I almost got court marshalled at the time because I couldn't perform my duty because she left in the middle of the night and I had no babysitter or family support. I was in the military.

[–]mryddlin 45 points46 points  (9 children)

that was clearly done on purpose. fuck damn, sorry mate.

[–][deleted] 52 points53 points  (8 children)

Probably. Not only was my ex-wife hott...but she was deviously, smart. I don't hate her because she is just doing what any un-check woman does these days. I did hate her for a long time but since swallowing the RedPill, I can now look back and see how much of a beta pussy I was.

[–]mryddlin 6 points7 points  (1 child)

been there, done that, didn't marry though.

I have to agree with the analysis of past behaviours on my part after swallowing the pill. I can see where I went wrong and how it was my fault.

Upside is that correcting them has been hugely beneficial to me and I started before coming across TRP. Having a reference manual available has made it so much clearer and saves me from muddling through myself.

So many things I did right for the wrong reasons...bah :)

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]RedSugarPill 1 point2 points  (3 children)

That makes 'beta pussy' sound like 'normal guy'....oh, wait.

[–][deleted] 15 points16 points  (2 children)

Yeah. I got her one of the nicest apartments in the area, plenty of food in the cabinet, new car, and we would always go out. You know...being a "good man". Well, that hasn't happened since. Fuck giving these whores what they want. Now, it's either what I want or nothing at all. God, I love being selfish.

[–]rossiFan 0 points1 point  (1 child)

It's not selfish, dude. It's just taking care of yourself. Now, when you son is older and wants to reconnect, you'll be there in good form.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Survive to fight another day, friend.

[–]McLarenX 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Good attitude. Women want us to lose control of our emotions and be unhappy. It's better to follow a more dynamic path of learning from our fuck ups and moving on.

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Women are ruthless. They don't just want to take some of your money. They want to destroy your life, your moral, and your faith. They are not happy until you are lying in the ditch naked with buzzards pecking at your lifeless corpse. Sounds mean but I have two sisters and was raised by a single mom. What I say is 100% true.

[–]teeelo 20 points21 points  (0 children)

You know what's even worse to think about?

The Fem-Nazi's would even take away your ability to share your story or let a subreddit like this exist if they could.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 11 points12 points  (3 children)

Ex military here also. Nebraska did illegal shit to extort money from me, breaking laws that were US Codes, breaking state laws stating they have to leave me $950 to live on, as if anyone can live on that while active duty. Left me with $300 a month to live on, house was foreclosed, my security clearance revoked, reprimanded for not having money and being forced to attend finance classes. If I had caused it, done something wrong, had been irresponsible, or at fault in any way it wouldn't have been so bad. The military punished me and my chain made it as difficult as possible, even revoking leave so I could get a lawyer and try to fix things. Twice while I was still in, and twice after I got out, those cunts in child support enforcement seized my bank account despite me paying the support. It wasn't enough, they wanted to punish me more.

I am finally done after 14 years paying her for being a terrible mom, and a lazy piece of shit.

I was alpha with that bitch, but there's only so much you can do when she is bipolar, physically violent, abusive to the kids, wants to run my life and spend all the money before I make it, and wants to fuck everyone she meets. She "Oops I am pregnant" trapped me as I was booting that bitch. The second one is mine, but the first I don't know. That kid has so many issues it's best to not let her know if I'm not her dad. At this point it doesn't matter anyway. I literally did everything right, except for marrying her, and I was severely punished for what she did.

I was punished for the second wife's actions too, and I had listened to the bullshit of treat her like an equal partner, trust her, etc. Since being me didn't work with the first, I figured I wasn't nice enough. I learned though, I have six girls I can fuck, but haven't had a girlfriend for over two years. I'm not going to give any bitch the power to take what I am building.

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points  (2 children)

Right!?! The military doesn't give a shit about the people in. They are so bored that anything they can do to fuck you they will. But yeah I feel you. The law says you can't take more than 2/3s of a gross income for child support. But what they don't tell you is that they can take 2/3s for child support but then make you pay half the daycare costs which is not calculated into the support formula. So if you make 100 dollars a week, they can take 66 dollars of that. Then, she can enroll the kid in an expensive daycare say that she pays 1000 dollars a week in daycare costs. So, you are in arrears for 467 dollars. After the order is issued, she unenrolls the kid and has a family member babysit. Essentially getting her another 500 bucks a month and you can't get a court date for two months.

I KNOW BECAUSE IT HAPPENED TO ME. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER GET MARRIED OR HAVE KIDS WITH THESE WHORES.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Neither of mine asked for alimony, if they had I would've needed second jobs to pay it all. Working 12 hour days six days a week precludes second jobs. So I would simply be going backwards.

Definitely never marry, it's all risk with minuscule benefit for the man.

[–]Meglomaniac 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just a word of advice to people who might be in this situation.

Go and speak to your supervisor and your CO. Explain your situation. There is lots of military programs around that are capable of helping you. Single father with a baby at home because the wife ran off? Men are human, they will help you. How many of them have wives at home who would watch the baby for a little bit while you get your shit square?

Dont be afraid to ask for help when you legitimately need it.

[–][deleted] 26 points27 points  (3 children)

she's probably tellin gyour son stories about how you were a horrible person

[–][deleted] 23 points24 points  (2 children)

Probably. Oh well...can't do anything about it.

[–][deleted] 8 points9 points  (1 child)

Absolutely she is. It's just par for the course and very unfortunate, but won't be addressed till years down the road. GL sir

[–][deleted] 16 points17 points  (0 children)

this is also how the myth that "dads are always the douchebags" gets perpetuated to kids

[–][deleted] 28 points29 points  (2 children)

Holy hell. That is stuff of nightmares right there. All I can say that the system is seriously fucked. Glad you made it out alive.

[–][deleted] 23 points24 points  (1 child)

Thanks man. Yeah these judges really can't do anything. They are mandated to use a formula that is never updated. Essentially, it just leaves you to living off minimum wage income if you are the non-custodial parent. And remember that this is for joint-custody. Meaning that not only do I have to pay her 3/4 of my check but I have to provide for the kid when he is visiting me half of the time. Clothes, food, diapers, etc. So, she only has to provide for half the actual child costs and she get an extra income. Total unrealistic BS.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

except only like 11% of mothers who don't get custody actually have to pay child support, imagine that. shocker right?

[–]rurpe 27 points28 points  (35 children)

I moved across the country because I found out that Florida cannot enforce child support outside the state, change over my DL to my new state, and never looked back.

This may have been true in the past but there are federal laws now forcing states to cooperate. You cannot outrun it if you stay in the US.

[–][deleted] 38 points39 points  (24 children)

Yeah I agree. I think I have survived this long because she gave up on trying to find me. I moved quite a bit and changed jobs alot due to loving to work for start ups. But who know. Fact is that I am child support/alimony/drama free but at the price of not seeing my son for 18 years. I do snoop on her facebook using a fake profile and steal pictures of him for my wallet and phone. He looks just like me and is already into motorcycles and hot rods. Can't wait to meet him.

[–]rurpe 18 points19 points  (6 children)

If she applies for ANY welfare, the state will go after your ass "on her behalf". You just got lucky.

[–][deleted] 40 points41 points  (4 children)

Agreed. She is married now to the guy she cheated on me with. I have seen her Facebook and when she cheated he was pretty buff and played amateur baseball. Now, he should be around 43 and he has a gut and you can tell that he has given up on life since he got her pregnant.

Karma is a bitch.

[–]Greenspike25 11 points12 points  (2 children)

He broke the golden rule and got married. To a known-cheater. To a known drama-whore.

Karma will be a real bitch when she initiates her inevitable second divorce.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You think that's the story she gave him? Hell no.

It's the same concept when the family hears about a breakup or problem from the woman... they always want to kill the guy.

[–]AnalLeak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like she got her beta right where she wants him.

[–]FortunateBum 2 points3 points  (10 children)

I'm sorry, man, you're making me tear up a little here.

I'm curious, when you told the court she abandoned you and the baby for three months, what did they say? Did it figure into their decision at all? Did you try to get full custody?

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (9 children)

Yeah I went for joint custody with me being the custodial. They immediately were not having anything of that cause everybody knows that WOMYN are better caretakers of children. But yeah, I told the court everything. Even kept a diary for a record. They didn't even consider it because they said she left just to go find a place to live and that it was the hardest thing she had to do. But she had to because I was abusive mentally and physically. She had no choice. Total BS.

[–]FortunateBum 4 points5 points  (2 children)

Wow, these courts man, unbelievable. Did she have any proof of abuse? Just her word? Did she say you beat her?

Women just don't want the same things men do out of life. That's what I've concluded.

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points  (1 child)

0 fucking proof, man. All she needs is her word. These judges are pussy men. What man do you know wants to be a judge? None. She put on the water works and he melted like butter.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I want to be a judge someday, but I would actually be fair.

[–]Ounumen 0 points1 point  (5 children)

Only reason I stay married. If I knew I could see my kids and not be raped on the way out I would leave.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (4 children)

"Only reason I stay married" - not good. It's called no fault divorce. Meaning, she can divorce you at any time and still get half your crap and take your kids. Sorry to say...it isn't up to you.

[–]Ounumen 0 points1 point  (3 children)

I know. Best I can hope for is provide for my kids and hope I can retain a bit in the divorce. I will lose half my military retirement but private military contractors are in high demand. That doesn't seem to be slowing or the hiring of US personnel to train other NATO forces. The Ausies are paying top dollar right now

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Yeah. I was looking into Australia. They will give you a work Visa, get you a place to stay and train you. They want ex-US military for contractors bad. But I have friends who have lived in Australia and they told me that it isn't any place they would want to stay forever.

[–]Ounumen 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I heard the same. Money is good plus if you have a military pension cost of living shouldn't hurt you to bad. Ausies got it pretty good compared to us so saving money wouldn't be to hard. Beats contracting in Afghanistan lol

[–]calicotrinket 4 points5 points  (1 child)

That is incredibly sad. Not your fault that your ex decided to run and have an affair with someone, then getting all those money. Did you not raise the issue during court proceedings?

[–]Kill_Your_Ego 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Raise the issue?

Really you all have no idea what's actually going on in these secret shadow courts of equity, where they do not follow any laws or the constitution.

Dear God man. Do not get married!

Don't get married. Ever. Not ever.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

You could always move to Canada right? Can US alimony/child support jurisdiction extend into Canada?

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah. Read that article in this post. It states that Canada has ties with the US, and US territories/allies. That is why this dude had to move to PI.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I hope you get to meet him soon somehow man. That woman should be burned at the stake or something for the crap she pulled on you.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks man. But I don't hate her. Women are gonna be women. All this is is a byproduct of the system.

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock 15 points16 points  (6 children)

One of the reasons the government is cracking down on guns one piece at a time. 'Assault' weapon here, mag capacities there, mag release mechanism here, foreign parts ban there. Its because the system is offering no alternatives to shitty situations. Violence is the only appropriate response. If you watch divorce corp, a man was caught on a security camera bringing and shooting an AK in a government office fucking him over in family court.

[–]1AmlanceJockey 41 points42 points  (5 children)

Everytime a man 'inexplicably' murder-suicides his wife or his family the news puts his neighbors on tv saying "they seemed so normal". Everyone pretends like they cant figure out what could drive a man to do such a thing.

The general public doesnt realize the courts will take away a man's home, his family, all his money, destroy his social standing by branding him an abuser and a deadbeat and place him in involuntary servitude to the woman who pulled the trigger. That part will never make the news because man bad, woman good.

[–][deleted] 11 points12 points  (2 children)

Yup. Forgot where this quote comes from but it goes:

Take a man's son and he truly has nothing left

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Never underestimate a man who has nothing left to lose

[–]EeeeeeevilMan 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Yeah, I like to watch those Dateline NBC murder mysteries and I always wonder how many of those evil husbands who killed their innocent wives were actually about to have their lives completely and unjustifiably ruined in divorce court.

Not saying getting screwed in divorce court is a justification for murder, but there probably would be a few less Dateline NBC murder mysteries if guys weren't routinely subject to that.

[–][deleted] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah I read the news every morning and always see stories about a man killing his wife and kids. And at the very end in small print, it mentions that the were going through a divorce. It's all smoke and mirrors. This system has been set up by the elite to thin the population and enact Agenda 21. A few years ago, I was thinking these conspiracy theorists were crazy but now that I am seeing the truth; maybe these guys are not so dumb.

Divide and conquer my friend....divide and conquer.

[–]tuzki 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Which laws are those? Many states don't have reciprocity for many laws.

[–]jaimewarlock 11 points11 points [recovered]

You might want to prepare an exit plan. Get your passport (if you still can, they often deny to people in child support arrears), keep some wealth in bitcoins, don't own anything expensive. Check out at least one country that interests you. If you can't get your passport, some of the Caribbean don't require one.

Hopefully, you will never need to use your exit plan. Just saying that it is best to be prepared.

[–]draketton 2 points2 points [recovered]

If you physically own a non-expired passport but the courts "revoke" it, what practical restrictions does that put on you?

[–]jaimewarlock 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It would only cause problems for coming back to the USA, even then immigration will let you back in after a few hours and probably confiscating it.

Both Philippines & Kenya barely look at my passport when I enter. One time when entering Philippines, they even forgot to ask for the immigration paper you fill out on the plane.

If you go to Philippines, just get the 21 day visa. You can disappear into Manila after that. As long as you don't drive or own property/vehicle, you will probably never encounter a police officer.

Kenya uses a national ID card, but they also issue these easy to counterfeit papers while you are waiting. If I decided to disappear there, I would keep a paper always handy. When you enter, get the standard 90 day visa, then get an extension. You will apply for an ID card at that point and they will give you a temporary ID (which is just a piece of paper). Now you have a template to copy. The national ID normally has no expiration date, but temporary foreigners get one. With some skills you could remove it.

I married a Kenyan lady early last year. Just discovered that in just a little over 5 more years, I will be eligible for citizenship there. The process is quite easy, so I will probably take advantage of it.

[–]Endorsed ContributorRedBigMan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably means if they scan it like they do in the airports to pull up your data it'll say revoked.

[–]Endorsed Contributorredpillbanana 5 points6 points  (1 child)

I've posted this a few times before and it bears repeating:

Follow the money - it's all about the courts getting their piece of the pie.

Family courts in the USA get federal matching funds for collecting child support payments. If child support payments are missed or reduced, then the family court won't get as much "commission" from the federal government.

https://archive.is/7eMaW

Do you see now why States are so rigorous in enforcing child support obligations…while they could care less about enforcing visitation orders? There’s no matching Federal Funds for ensuring Non-Custodial Parent visitation programs!

This is why so many child support cases are enforced with utter ruthlessness…why a man who is disabled or unemployed through no fault of his own can still be held accountable for his child support ruling and the Family Courts are very resistant to lowering the support obligations…even temporarily. There’s a lot of Federal Matching Funds at stake if men were simply allowed to actually be held responsible to reasonable child support obligations given circumstances regarding his earning abilities.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Makes sense man. Had a high school history teacher who always said that everything that has happened in history was due to either power, money, or sex.

[–]NevrEndr 5 points6 points  (6 children)

holy shit. glad got out man and you have a good outlook. once your son turns 18 he can tell her to fuck right off and drive out to see you.

[–][deleted] 31 points32 points  (5 children)

Thanks man. I have freed one of my friends as well. He lives in California and was paying 3/4 of his check plus half daycare costs. Meaning that he had no income. He was selling weed on the side and living in a house with two other guys. She took him to court and claimed that he didn't have suitable living conditions. CPS came in and said the same thing so he lost all visitation and his child support increased. So, he quit his job and got a serving job. They took all his check and he lived off tips but his child support was going on his credit report. I talked to him and convinced him that he is going to have to walk away and live to fight another day. So, he had an attorney write up an agreement where he gets no visitation and doesn't have to pay child support and all arrears will be cleared. Since she had a new boy toy (aka chad) that she wanted to be the new dad, she gladly signed it and had it notarized.

My friend has never been happier. We both have a count down in our phone when our sons turn 18.

Sucks that this is how it is, and I would be lying if I said that I don't feel bad for our sons because we truly want to be there for them. But this system makes it where you can't win.

[–]Nebulose11 31 points32 points  (3 children)

Your sons will hate you. I hated my father from the time I was 8 until 30.

My mother told me some story of why he left, didn't make him out to be a bad guy at all.

Trying to use this new perspective to figure out if he was fucked out of seeing me or if he is just a loser.

[–][deleted] 15 points16 points  (2 children)

I know how you feel. I grew up with a single mom. My mom is a crazy bitch. Don't get me wrong....I love her. But facts are facts. And she hooked up with my dad when he was a drug dealer living in a trailer park doing every damn drug and she acts like she can't believe that he hit her. To this day I don't have contact with my dad. Since swallowing the RedPill and understanding sexual strategy, I have called him and text him but he just doesn't care about developing anything with me. Oh well. Guess that is where I have to be different. When/if my son contacts me, I will get on the first flight out to meet him.

I would try and get into contact with your dad. You can immediately tell if he is interested in knowing you. If not, oh well. Cut your losses. But if he is excited to know you, then you have a dad. Nothing to loose, man.

[–]Nebulose11 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I will give him the chance but it's kind of hard to get past a lifetime worth of pent up despair, regret, and I don't knows.

Even having done it for RP.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel ya. But we are men and we make mistakes. Especially when the system was designed to keep him out. Men adapt and become the shape of the container. Maybe good will come from it.

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock 9 points10 points  (0 children)

She might have filled his mind with poison, talking shit about you for 18 straight years. He might hate you before he even sets eyes on you.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Can someone explain to me why the fuck you paid $2,800 per month? Child support should mean that you're supporting the child.

There's no fucking way that a child needs that much to survive. You just know that money is being spent on shit that the woman doesn't actually need.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Right!?! That is what I said. Even the judge was like "well that seems high" but still issued it because all he does is punch in your numbers in a formula. And the formula really doesn't take into count prior obligations other than other child support. I'm telling ya...the system is set up against men.

[–]panzergling 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Waaaait a second...Florida can't enforce child support in other states?

Edit- nvm I kept reading...

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Fuck man. Must've been satisfying cutting off your money from that cunt What was her reaction? Did she try to take you to court again?

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points  (1 child)

Yeah man. I went into straight "I don't give a fuck mode". I got out of the military and she took me to court. I showed up in sweat pants and a tshirt. Judge asked me why I haven't been paying. Told him that they are seizing my entire check, and asked him what else he wants. Told him I hadn't seen my son in months. They didn't care. Threatened to throw me in jail. I laughed and said "yeah that'll teach me. Throw me in jail so I loose my job and then the princess will get nothing." She immediately chimed in on that an begged for me to have another chances. I walked out after he agreed and I told him I'd be seeing him in a couple months. I gave 0 fucks at that point. Was so damn depressed.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ohhh of course she begged for another chance. You were on some G shit bro. But seriously fuck this shit man, I personally would react with violence in this situation.

[–]Jimmy_Big_Nuts 1 point2 points  (2 children)

You got raped badly. Hope you recover man. Thanks for sharing.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Yup. But yeah I have recovered and am doing very well in life. We are men and we have no time to sit and whine and cry. "Adapt and Overcome".

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"And hit your ex-wife in the face" haha just kidding, not really:D

[–]IveRedditAllNight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn. That sucks, man.

I wonder if there is any movement happening to change this man raping society we have when it comes to divorce.

[–]billsmashole 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry to hear of your situation. I'm confused on one front though. Say you don't get married, you have a kid and you split up. Does the dad get any custody rights? Does he have to pay child support?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you did the right thing. I hope you never question it. you can build a life and welcome your son into it someday. basically your ex kidnapped your son with full support from the legal system. and it's good you got out. you'll see your son soon

[–]foldpak111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My father was in the same situation. Don't worry about him not liking you or whatever. Mine explained what it is that happened and I straight up called her a cunt at age 13, said I refuse to stay with you and you have three options; I'll be with my dad, foster home, jail, whatever. Keep me here, I'll run away every time. She tried to manipulate me to the best of her ability. It was pathetically hilarious to watch her stumbling over her own two feet. She eventually gave in and I've been with him for the past 8 years.

Keep your head up "deadbeat"

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

fuark-ing hell - this is insane. I'm astonished. Glad you found a way out of it bro.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you truly want to get your son to listen to you when he grows up, start an account with interest and put off as much money as you are willing to(while living a comfortable life) for him to go to college, or for something else.

His mother will poision his mind that you were not there, that you did not help him financially, well I have a solution for you.

Put off the money for him, and someday when the time comes contact him and tell him that your wife mad it impossibble for you to lead a normal life and visit him by enforcing her will onto you by the state and that this is the only thing you could do for him without becoming a slave for the rest of your life and that also this way you are sure that all the money will go for his personal needs and not his mother's.

Also be sure to protect the money because who knows if your ex made him into a beta which will give her all of it.

This may sound like me being shallow but in this reality words and intentions don't matter, actions and resources do and they can mean a lot in such situations. You don't owe it to him, but he's your son.

Secure his future.

[–]mao11 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I moved across the country because I found out that Florida cannot enforce child support outside the state, change over my DL to my new state, and never looked back.

Do you risk to be jailed if you are back to Florida?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can be jailed now because they now can enforce child support outside the state. But I assume that she has pretty much given up because she is now married to her new BB and has kids with him.

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock 93 points94 points  (56 children)

Countries to avoid:

[–]swedishfalk 11 points12 points  (11 children)

Sweden would actually be the best place as a father. 6 months mandatory (paid) paternity leave and you will never go to court for spousal support.

[–]Fedora_Tipper_ 15 points16 points  (6 children)

Yea but Sweden has been teaching all these "gender equality" issues lately in which only benefit women.

[–]swedishfalk 25 points26 points  (2 children)

Possibly, but you will never have a court system allocating spousal support, child support its actually split 50% between parents. And suing a formal partner is almost beyond impossible. So leaving a relationship you will a 100% chance of moving on without "baggage". Which is what the article is about.

[–]M3_Drifter 10 points11 points  (0 children)

And it's about to fall apart from the insane number of immigrants they take in.

[–]Meglomaniac 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Honestly, im all for "gender equality" for what it matters.

Do I think women should vote? Sure.

Do I think women should be able to pursue any career she chose and is capable of performing? Absolutely

Do I think women should be treated as equal human beings? Absolutely

All that being said, Feminism is CLEARLY not about equality. It is about putting men down, and raising women up. Its a pro-women movement, rather then an equality movement. I can recognize the differences in sexes in terms of sexuality, mentality, and behavior and still look at them as equals.

I think just about everyone except for the legitimate misogynists on TRP will agree that we are fine with equality. What we dont want to see is the continued hunt to punish masculinity and leaning more towards a women dominated society through manipulation of the masses of betas.

[–]Fedora_Tipper_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. I'm all for actual equality like having women voting. It's dumb however how feminist say they want to be treated equal but then still receive all benefits. This is especially true in divorce settlements.

[–]i_forget_my_userids 1 point2 points  (3 children)

Except for all the other cuckoldry in le Sweden.

[–]Rhunta 53 points54 points  (35 children)

I think america should also be on the list. IMO trp has convinced me that it is dangerous. I am also black and the police there shoot us easy (source: news)

[–]Nebulose11 22 points23 points  (22 children)

Police kill more whites than blacks. But white on white crime wont fuel the news clicks.

[–]i_forget_my_userids 49 points50 points  (20 children)

There are more white people, by a large margin. Black people are over-represented in police killings.

[–]VinylGuy420 14 points15 points  (6 children)

Black people commit more violent crimes than whites despite being roughly 13% of the population.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

guys guys, single motherhood is producing all of these fucked up children, it's the #1 predictor of fucked up kids in every category.

[–]1KyfhoMyoba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See earlier comment. 85% of all prisoners in USA are product of single mother headed households. When controlling for single motherhood, the crime rate for blacks and whites is the same.

[–]bassline3 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Black people are over-represented in crime statistics, too.

[–]strps 25 points26 points  (6 children)

It's so annoying when people pull out the absolute values when we're having a discussion about relative dangers /facepalm

[–]1AmlanceJockey 16 points17 points  (5 children)

The overwhelming majority of men who get shot by cops, white or black, are children of single mothers. Yea, this is clearly a race issue /s

[–]babybopp 3 points4 points  (1 child)

You guys forgot France where it is illegal for a man to get a paternity test without the wife's consent. It is a blanket paternity test law that if you are caught doing it without the consent of the wife, you face prosecution, risk a year in prison and a fine of € 15,000 (Article 226-28 of the Penal Code ).

[–]Nebulose11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

15g and a year of life vs 18+ years and countless $. Easy choice.

[–]hiphoprising 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Source? Or is this an assumption

[–]1AmlanceJockey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have never seen statistics regarding single motherhood's correlation to police shootings. Its not hard to imagine why those numbers arent examined. A quick google search will find you plenty of research showing the correlation between a man being in prison or having contact with the police and being raised by a single mom. That combined with my anecdotal experience of only seeing moms on tv saying "he was just turning his life around" led me to that conclusion.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take a look into single mother statistics. Children raised by single mothers perform worse in almost every category. More crime, more mental illness, less money, etc.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They're also over represented in people that attempt to hold a trial by combat in the street

[–]1KyfhoMyoba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But if you control for single motherhood, whites are incarcerated at the same rate as blacks. 85% of prisoners in USA were "raised" by single mothers. Single motherhood is the majority of households in the black community.

[–]rossiFan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the state. In california, you are simply, categorically fucked. In Texas, they really try to find the best parent for the kids. That's why there are a lot of 50/50 divorces in this state.

[–]nome_sayeen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's just the media. You're safe as long as you don't attack cops.

[–]Profdiddy 0 points1 point  (9 children)

It is true but the states is still one of the places with most flexible upward mobility.

[–]Subtletorious 6 points7 points  (7 children)

[–]Profdiddy 0 points1 point  (6 children)

That is an interesting stat. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I guess my success is an exception! Funny how these mythos seep into your consciousness. Of course it is much harder today than a generation ago. Still, I would like to see more longitudinal studies. Very surprised at the socialist countries upward mobility to be frank.

I respect that. You must have some funny stories too. I get a fade so im in every 2 to 3 weeks. Some of the strangest haircut stories i have ever heard.

[–]Squeezymypenisy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One swede explained it to me. They have a mentality of we are all in this together. While America comes from a more rat race perspective. Of course you can disagree with either one and some details speak to either, but I also believe it would be very difficult to run the usa on a comparable system. If a country like russia or india managed to get to swedens level then i would say go for it.

[–]mEatBucket 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel Sweden is getting some overly unfair bad rep on this sub, the "plowing issue" is just some feminutcases arguing for.

Why not avoid the US? Both divorcerape and rape hysteria on campuses are basically unheard of in Sweden.

I'm aware Sweden has issues but a man fleeing the country cause he can't pay child support isn't even possible through law (as in it's not possible to extract that much money from the ex-husband %-wise).

Rapehysteria in general however....

I am very surprised and ashamed to see Spain on this list; being raised by very conservative, religious grandparents from southern Spain, it's shameful and very disheartening to see the balance of power shifted so blatantly in favour of women who misuse it for personal gain, and to deny good parents their right to be a positive and influential part of their children's lives. This is absolutely abhorrent. The sheer number of associations trying to offer fathers and grandparents assistance in these cases is astonishing, and only confirm how fucked up this is.

What they call an overcorrection of a previously equally broken system is actually a means of punishment and gender discrimination simply for being accused. No confirmation of a woman's accusations is necessary; her word is law... I fear for the deep psychological ramifications this will have on fathers who now have to live with with a ruined reputation, are destitute fighting these accusations, are denied any assistance or mediation, and who likely cannot trust any woman ever again; and I fear the impact children suffer being used while caught in the middle of this in the near future.

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is the problem with the mens rights movement. Once women gain control, you dont get it back with reason or emotional appeal. The MRM begs women to 'see the light' or sympathize with male injustice, which they dont. Women are disgusted by men that beg or appeal to them for immediate action, no matter if its movitating pain is justified. You also have to account for Team Woman and all the betas, whiteknights, and manginas that support the female imperative or believe appealing to their sympathy will work. The government and women are not going to give up their out of balance power willingly. The only way is violent revolt. Not reason, violence. I dont see how men like in Argentina let the system purposely ass fuck them and kidnap their kids and not start killing raising hell. I don't know how men dont go and beat the fucking shit out of some cunt that purposelly put them in jail because of her feeelz, then any legal persons that allowed it. How bad does it have to get before men stick up for themselves and see the female imperative and government oppression guised as public and women's safety, for what it is, intentional oppression and female nature out of balance with nature? Women and thw government will keep doing this, they will keep grabbing for overreaching power as long as men as a whole allow it. Women dont do shit but complain and yell, expecting men to take action. It's men who rise and fuck shit up. This is the very reason beta indoctrination is required, this is the reason gun control is being pushed, this is why men are being shamed, because a masculine man stands up for himself.

I forsee things becoming much worse, especially when men start dropping out of society. Civilization requires that men keep producing and consuming beyond their own necessities. The system will collapse onto itself. Infinite expansion is not possible. You can mitigate and postpone the inevitable with war, redostribution of wealth, and divorce raping men, but it will come.

[–]CharlieIndiaShitlord 83 points84 points  (10 children)

What ticks me off about these articles, is that they know that if comments were enabled, they would face considerable discussion going against the grain of the narrative they want to force down peoples throats. They control the narrative by removing any ability to discuss the article at its source.

It's intentional, and cowardly.

Had to do the 'good Canadian thing' and write them asking for explanation.

I see this tactic of suppressing discussion frequently in Canadian media.

[–]monzzter221 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Its not just Canada. You see it in all "unbiased news sources" in the anglo-dominated world.

They know that they can't allow discussion. Discussion neuters their influence.

But then they all wonder why they have falling revenues. All these papers take heavy losses, news channels inflate their viewers numbers. Its because they have lost their credibility. You and I aren't the only ones that notice shit like this. Most people I've met don't watch or read that shit.

So these guys try to put a facade of "everyone knows this!!?!" And pretend that they aren't sinking ships, hoping that people still think that they are the voice of the majority

All the news places do that for 'controversial' topics where they don't want to potentially get sued for something some idiot posted as a comment.

[–]Hayekr 160 points161 points  (11 children)

"Why would I want this from my deadbeat dad?” the youngster said. “If he really cared, he’d be here.”>

You can tell the mother has poisoned the children against him. This is an extremely common tactic in any divorce involving children, unfortunately.

The point is, he does care. He cares about his future well being and ability to not live as a debt slave the rest of his life. The mother created this situation -- not him.

[–]yaardi 54 points55 points  (2 children)

I had a LTR with a girl who hated her father because her parents were divorced and her mother has been brainwashing her into hating him since she was little. Then in her early 20s she started seeing him more and realized that he's not a bad guy at all. It's absolutely disgusting how some women are turning the children against their father.

[–]monzzter221 20 points21 points  (1 child)

Shit man, my dad did that to me against my mom.

Its kinda nuts. It wasn't til I was almost 30 that I realized that he is a scumbag and my mom is actually pretty alright. So sort of backwards, but I realize that 95% of the time its the other way around.

[–]Avedas 6 points7 points  (0 children)

[–]OilyB 9 points10 points  (0 children)

<poisoned the children against him>

That's not poisoned, the right word is 'psychological incest' by the mother. Something many, many mothers do because of their inability to handle situations like this in an autonomous, mentality mature way. They manipulate the kids to side with them, psychologically fucking them over. Every day.

I stay in this town for my kid. I don't get to see her a lot but if I left I wouldn't be in her life at all. My career pretty much tanked because I refused to move. Her mother could care less about my sacrifice, she just wants more money from me.

[–]Hatorader 5 points6 points  (5 children)

[–]well-ok-then 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Seriously though. If she genuinely did die of an accident, what would happen? Would he (in US or Canada) be next in line for custody? Or would it go to her parents or even foster care and he still owe the same amount of money or more? Could be even scarier than her having them.

Doesn't matter when the kids are taken from you, you're prevented from seeing them by the state as well as the ex, but you still gotta pay your eight pounds of flesh each month. The most heinous thing ever done to me was allowing me only 12 days with my kids during the first 7 years after their mom left. The guy she hooked up with molested my daughters, but the ex doesn't care and defends him, because he is a spineless wimp that gives her all his money.

My kids grew up with no adult running the home, I've had just over one year with them since 01. Yes it shows in their behavior.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is exactly why I didnt wake up and dump my wife as badly as she deserves it. I took that damn pill and my rising SMV and self respect scared her straight. My fortitude truly frightens her now.

Children: Marriage's Life's little hostages.

Sadly, women aren't above using their children against anyone and everyone around them to manipulate and control people. My own sister uses access to her kids to manipulate our parents constantly, without remorse or even the slightest bit of subtlety or subterfuge. She flat out tells them "if you ever want to see MY kids again..."

[–]cariboo_j 7 points8 points  (1 child)

Lol Mrs. Lovejoy's favorite refrain: "Won't somebody please think of the children!"

[–]Squeezymypenisy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haha yet the minister and his wife seemed to have the strongest relationship.

[–]SCROTAL-SACK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep. Mine too.. Exactly the same tactics. She doesn't visit either parent unless she wants something (usually money to "borrow" and never pay back). Any time she doesn't get the money she demands she refuses to let them see the kids. My father hasnt seen his grandkids in nearly a year now because they fell out over money she wanted. My mother just does whatever she wants because she's too scared she'll stop her seeing her grandkids.

IDGAF about seeing them because I hate kids anyway. But my sister is a horrible, sociopathic bitch.

[–]rockumsockumrobots 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While this is a sad fact, I can guarantee you that a few boys will grow up to know the truth that the mother is a whore. Then they'll put 2+2 together, buy a gun, and take care of the woman that ruined his life.

Is this sad? yes. Is this going to ruin the kid's life? Yes. However, wrong or right, this is the course that it will take and this is what will slowly naturally whittle these scumbag women from the gene pool and redpill those around them.

[–][deleted] 23 points24 points  (0 children)

[–]Atavisionary 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Ya, I think they should as well. I think the problem is that most men are brainwashed today and believe that rejecting the state's wish to turn them into a slave is immoral. In reality, paying into a system that hates and wants to destroy you is what is immoral. If men were to figure this out, the system would collapse very quickly and all the ingrates would come crawling back.

[–][deleted] 61 points62 points  (2 children)

Dead-beat dad? More like shitty family outside the Down-syndrome kid. And I'm wondering if they beefed up that 'cancer' claim for sympathy too.

Good for this guy, if the system tries to fuck you, it's always best to give the bird right back to them and forget about it. Social contract to society my ass. They tried to make him a slave. Dead-beat dad... more like modern day Spartacus.

Also how awesome is that photo, everyone looks all depressed to get sympathy except the down-syndrome daughter trying to hold back a smile. What a champ she is.

[–]Praecipuus 9 points10 points  (0 children)

[–]sowed5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]yummyluckycharms 53 points54 points  (13 children)

This post should probably be stickied in light of the large number of men that say that post-nups, pre-nups, and divorce settlements are secure once signed. They can be, and often are, routinely disregarded as they are only meant to be used as guide posts for judges to follow.

And at 4000 a month? Yikes. How much do you think that guy needed to gross a month (remember - he gave her the house)? If he lived frugally, he still would probably need about 6500 to 7000 a month (4000 for the leech, 1500 for rent, 1000 for car, gas, food, hydro, water, etc). Thats 84k net, which means he probably would be needing to make 125k a year based on the tax rate.

There is no savings, no dating, no going out, etc in that calculation - no wonder why the guy split and run. When one is confronted with a corrupt and unjust system, vote with your feet and leave

P.S i love how the wife twisted his kids against the father.....

Eight months since he last heard from his dad, Mills’ son Steven was eager to open a package that had just arrived from the Philippines in advance of his 11th birthday. Steven’s face dropped and tears welled up in his eyes when he saw its contents: dried banana chips, cassava chips, caramel popcorn and salted peanuts. The birthday card accompanying the dry goods said: “Dear Steve, I hope you have a wonderful birthday. Love from Dad.” “Why would I want this from my deadbeat dad?” the youngster said. “If he really cared, he’d be here.

Impoverished father sends what little he can to ungrateful child that was brainwashed by the mother.

[–]monzzter221 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Where do you think he learned the word "deadbeat dad" from, cartoons?

The fact that he used that term at his age tells you exactly who's teaching him what to say.

[–]1AmlanceJockey 21 points22 points  (0 children)

He's a real deadbeat...as they live in the house he paid for. No doubt living off the rental income he also earned. This man worked so goddamned hard that even when he bails he is still providing. Fuck marriage

[–]fakenate1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder how much money the man in question actually makes. There is no defense in the world for those insanely high blood money. But suppose he makes 10MM a year. I would lessen my blood rage if he made that much money and was only asked to pay $6000 a month

[–][deleted] 100 points101 points  (8 children)

What was the man supposed to do? Become a slave? He lost everything including his future. The dumb cunt got more than 1.2 Million dollars... don't make me laugh by making him into a dead-beat dad.

[–][deleted] 82 points83 points  (6 children)

Part of the 1.2m settlement included an apartment that could be rented for $2k/mth. She's effectively guaranteed $2k a month for the rest of her life on top of child support, yet she's still NOT HAPPY. I can't believe this shit.

[–]recon_johnny 128 points129 points  (3 children)

She'll never be happy.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

[–]sowed5 10 points11 points  (1 child)

Not to mention the $2500 she gets from the state for the two younger children. That's $4500/month total.

[–][deleted] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Plus the child support she was receiving until she drew him back into court for more. So it was actually closer to $6k a month.

[–][deleted] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

shit like this blows my mind...

and then when i write about how it's cheaper to (have a surrogate or adopted child, pay an aupair and then daycare) VS have a wife and get divorced, lose custody of your kids, etc. people on here will try to tell me I'm wrong or crazy

you want a kid? Get it through a surrogate mother. simple as that. You can't lose it in a divorce, it can't become a pawn in your ex-wifes quest for more $, you have control over how you raise it, and you can do a better job because you'll be happier.

[–]SCROTAL-SACK 49 points50 points  (10 children)

I really don't know how some of these women survive this stuff. Get out of jail in just 25 years vs a lifetime of servitude... Hmm.. What would I rather..

[–][deleted] 12 points13 points  (4 children)

I'm aware that you're joking, but tbh there are so many nice countries with bad extradition agreements with the U.S. that running is the only logical option.

[–]Squeezymypenisy 1 point2 points  (3 children)

Can you name a few. I was wondering about this the whole time. All i can think of are bad ones. Where is a nice one?

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (2 children)

Dunno about how accurate this is (source):

These countries currently have no extradition treaty with the United States:

Afghanistan, Algeria, Andorra, Angola, Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bosnia and

Herzegovina, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Burma, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, the Central

African Republic, Chad, Mainland China, Comoros, Congo (Kinshasa), Congo (Brazzaville), Djibouti, Equatorial

Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Indonesia, Ivory Coast, Kazakhstan,

Kosovo, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Macedonia, Madagascar, Maldives, Mali, Marshall Islands,

Mauritania, Micronesia, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal,

Niger, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Rwanda, Samoa, São Tomé & Príncipe, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia,

Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu,

Vatican, Vietnam and Yemen.

If you've got money I'd say China, Qatar, Oman, or maybe UAE (China not as much). If not, Belarus, Armenia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Croatia, Herzegovina, Burma, Cambodia, Mongolia, (these last 3 are pretty poor), and some parts of Kazakhstan are the most "normal" ones. If you've full-time fucked up (think Snowden level of fucked up, they won't come after you hard if you're just evading alimony) then Russia, China, possibly Armenia.

Avoid the African ones - apart from Libya, and Algeria they are either total shitholes or in the midst of/recovering from civil war. Libya is as well but it's much more advanced.

If you are on the "i'd-rather-die-than-alimony" tier track, then Syria, CAR, Chad, Ukraine, and Yemen are nice this time of year.

[–]anotherrpshitlord 0 points1 point  (1 child)

You have no idea what you're talking about regarding African countries. Libya and Algeria? You're joking right? The first is on its way to become Syria 2 and Algeria is exactly the kind of shithole you want to avoid.

You could at least have said Nigeria, Morocco or even Tunisia. All of then in the middle of an economic boom with a lot of European/western expats.

[–]DonRP 47 points48 points  (10 children)

Lets see what this woman (and court system) considered to be unfair:

She paid $175,000 for a house worth $1.2m with $600,000 equity in it. The house contained a rental unit which provided approximately $2,000/month. He paid her $2,235/month in child support and she received $2,500 from the government for assistance for her children.

That's approximately $6735 a month without even working, and she keeps the estate home on a lake. This is all before she decides to sue him for more spousal support and wins.

What a disgusting, lazy and selfish human being.

[–]peejerweejer 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It gives all those details then tries to say that her only income is from the gov't assistance what a joke

[–]yummyluckycharms 6 points7 points  (6 children)

You're also forgetting the future value of money. Even if they take half of the rental unit income, that's 12k a year. Just investing that for 2 decades, that 12k turns into 50k (assuming 7-8% interest)

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 8 points9 points  (0 children)

[–]Squeezymypenisy 0 points1 point  (4 children)

Is that in canada? I thought the usa interest rate was lower.

[–]yummyluckycharms 1 point2 points  (3 children)

Stock market returns will vary due to their cyclical nature and the composite underlying stocks - but in general - its relatively safe to assume at least a 7% rate of return.

[–]1oldredder 1 point2 points  (2 children)

it's not, more average is 3%

[–]yummyluckycharms 0 points1 point  (1 child)

3% is way, way too low - even bank administered RRSP's still outperform that - and thats with the MER already taken out.

A well supervised, DRIP heavy portfolio can easily make the 7-8%. If an investor is younger and less risk adverse, they can pick stocks in technology, oil, and pharmaceuticals that can easily double that.

Mind you, with greater reward comes greater risk, and I would always suggest to people not to be greedy and just go for the safe, guaranteed returns that canadian monopolies offer.

[–]1oldredder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, as a matter of fact, they do not outperform that. Over time that's really what they end up returning. What you describe is possibly only by starting at the bottom of a market and buying dumb on the upswing. As soon as it goes volatile losses will happen.

There are, flat out, NO safe guaranteed returns. Every single corner of every single market is rigged by people reading your bank accounts, watching your debts, looking at the size of your proposed & actual trades and handing that inside information to the biggest players to inform THEIR trades.

Every single millisecond.

At some point a man is going to get such a raw deal he will hunt down a family court judge, capture and murder him before forcing him to watch the murder of his entire family. Or he will do the same to a lawyer. Or he will just murder his ex-wife that is taking him to the cleaners.

I will laff.

Not because I want these things to happen, but because you don't get to choose how someone reacts when you try to enslave them. Slavery is morally abhorrent. When men enslaved Africans en masse, could anyone really be surprised that some slaves killed themselves, some ran away, some poisoned their masters if they could, others killed their overseers in the fields, some formed huge rebellions that seized arms and hunted down whites at random. Some burned down their master's house. Some just didn't work very hard for their masters.

My point is that the Masters don't get to decide how the slaves will react to their enslavement. Maybe they accept it and go along with it. Maybe they rebel in subtle ways, or maybe they react violently. Slaves have agency and Masters have to invent increasingly harsh systems to maintain their system. This always backfires because slavery is an inefficient system compared to cooperation.

A few years ago in New Hampshire, USA a man who had been through the family court ringer self-immolated (burned himself to death) in front of the court building. The authorities cleaned it up the very next day. No memorial. No flowers or candles. Like the guy didn't even exist. He killed himself in one of the most horrible ways possible and it was swept under the rug like if a slave hung himself in the corner of the plantation. Don't like your situation, slave? Go to the afterlife, you are nothing. Other men run away from the plantation to avoid alimony, financial slavery. Other men accept prison sentences. Some will go on talk radio and TV shows and complain (Dave Foley). But at some point the system will try to enslave the wrong guy and he will go fucking berserk. I won't shed a tear for any family court judge that gets murdered, or any lawyers that get slain. Or their families, either. You were complicit in the slavery of men, and you don't get to choose how a slave will react to his plight.

[–]yummyluckycharms 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I'm surprised they didnt post the self immolation on the website as a warning to other debt slaves that resistance is futile. After all, this article basically slams the dad without even trying to understand his side of the story or to examine if the court ruling was even fair

[–]Kill_Your_Ego 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Who is funding these misandric slave laws? Promoting them? Funneling money into "feminist" anti-family laws?

Divorce lawyers. Who are also the judges. It's an insular system.

More attention needs to be drawn to the thieves using our government, effectively kidnapping children and holding them hostage to child abuse, and stealing men's lives and turning them into slaves.

Who funded the opposition to the shared parenting initiatives that ran in three states last year? Why it was the fucking bar association. Even though this is "illegal". Illegal? It's only illegal when men with guns show up.

Funneling their money into the National Organization of Women. Who then ran the typical ads to activate the white knight inside every beta.

"If women don't get automatic full custody of the kids and always get them even if their smoking meth and blowing random men in front of those kids, and still get full custody, then some woman somewhere will end up staying in an abusive relationship."

Cue black and white pictures of man beating woman.

And why did the shared parenting initiative lose? Well 51% of women voted for it. It's the fucking manginas.

But yes attack the divorce lawyers. They're the ones who are stealing so much money from hard working fathers. And funding the insane laws through the feminists.

[–][deleted] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I actually look forward to it. Put into the same situation I wouldn't expect anything less from me.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 8 points9 points  (2 children)

Honestly, the only reason you don't know my real name due to exactly this, is simply I couldn't afford to travel the 1500 miles and hunt them all down. Then I was sent to Korea for a year and I got used to living on nothing. If I had been in my home state when they took 71% of my gross (68% is legal) and actively prevented me from seeing my kids, I guarantee you would have heard about it. Geography saved many lives. The tactic of leaving the dad completely destitute must be to help prevent it from happening.

Here I am, 14 years later, rebuilding my life yet again, completely alone doing it all by hand, and I'll burn everything and die before I give away everything I've earned and built to some worthless cunt.

I have read many of your comments on TRP. Each time you write about how hard you got fucked over I put myself in your shoes and silently think to myself that anyone who fucked me that hard (MAN OR WOMAN, because it really isn't about gender) would find themselves getting fed face first into a wood chipper.

Five years ago a man in Texas flew a plane into an IRS building. The media really whitewashed the story but anyone who actually looked into it found that the man was fucked six ways from Sunday by the IRS. He wrote a suicide note and at the end it said:

I saw it written once that the definition of insanity is repeating the same process over and over and expecting the outcome to suddenly be different. I am finally ready to stop this insanity. Well, Mr. Big Brother IRS man, let’s try something different; take my pound of flesh and sleep well. The communist creed: From each according to his ability, to each according to his need. The capitalist creed: From each according to his gullibility, to each according to his greed.

Even good men, when pushed to the brink, will surrender their pound of flesh.

Believe me, I've come very close to being infamous. I don't talk about it much because I've already done time for something I didn't do. Anything happens to those people and they assume I did it.

[–][deleted] 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Her face says it all. Resting Bitch Face. Sell the house bitch and use that money to raise your kids in an apartment you entitled cunt They don't need a $1.2M dollar home.

Good for him.

[–]RealGucciSosa 36 points37 points  (1 child)

People ask why men are forced to give their ex-SO's through their nose even after its obvious her basic needs have been met. Its not about what she needs or what he has, its about "getting back it him". You could give her a million dollars and she'd sue for the 99million he has left because of spite, and spite alone.

On top of that children are a "cash crop" to women, they don't care about kids. The whole "women can only love their children unconditionally" dictum is a lie. From tribal warfare to even recently, women would forget their children and "move on" when a conquering force would kill the men and male children of a conquered group. They are programmed to do that. Women can love their child to her own death, or strangle them to its death, if her hamster commands it.

[–]1AmlanceJockey 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Well said. Awalt including your own mother. Nay, especially your own mother.

[–]riding_stoned 23 points24 points  (0 children)

We need Shariah marriage laws here. No, I'm not being sarcastic.

A man agrees up front to a dower for his wife. Later, if he initiates divorce, he owes her the dower, and the dower only. If she initiates the divorce, she leaves with nothing. He is responsible for supporting the children, but he also gets custody after age eight.

This leads to pretty high dowers for beautiful women or women from very good families, but at least as a man you're dealing with a known quantity, not some open-ended financial liability/slavery like in the West.

[–]MASSIVIST 23 points23 points [recovered]

Happened to my dad in 2000, in Alberta. Parents won't stop beating the shit out of eachother so they get divorced. Mom gets everything because. Dad loses everything and has to pay $4000+ a month for support. Dad lives in friends cold basement for four years eating canned food. Of course he can't pay; so they garnish his wages and take his work truck. Threatened him with jail time. Almost killed himself with a hunting rifle. Bitter divorce process lasts for 8 years. ugh.

Currently have an older cousin who lost a well paying job and a million dollar home in a divorce. Is still struggling about 5 years later to restart his career.

[–]RP-on-AF1 11 points12 points  (1 child)

Man, you can't even say "don't get married" when the divorce rape happens with the custody/child support. The only protection is to not have children at all or for sweetie to accidentally fall off a cliff.

[–]1AmlanceJockey 16 points17 points  (0 children)

We need vasal gel to get here yesterday.

[–]Fedora_Tipper_ 21 points22 points  (1 child)

If approved in California, a guy named Steve Clark is trying to end alimony in the state. I doubt it will make the ballot, but if it does, that will be a huge stepping stone on being on "equal" terms with women.

[–][deleted] 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Good, fuck that useless cunt.

She is sitting on a $600,000 asset more liquid than her dried up pussy and she still can't find a way to pay the bills without stealing someone else's money?

Again, fuck that useless waste of human being.

What's hilarious is the closed comment thread. Guess it didn't mirror the reaction they were aiming for.

[–]monzzter221 41 points42 points  (1 child)

You know what bugs me the most about this? That a father has to leave his kids.

People like to pretend like it is cut and dry. "A good man would never do this. A good man would do anything, ANYTHING to care for his children. Love knows no bounds, move heaven and earth..." and all that bullshit. Pretending that people dont have limits, ignoring the truth that this system is what left those kids without a father.

99% of men love their kids. We love our kids to death. This sort of a decision faced with these options is not an easy one to make. I guarantee you this man cried like a little bitch when he came to the only viable conclusion, the decision he made.

Its not something most people want to do. Most men do this sort of thing because they have no other choice. The stereotypical trope of the abusive alcoholic dad that goes to get a pack of cigarettes and never comes back is the exception, and they know damn well that this is true.

[–]Kill_Your_Ego 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Killing my fatherhood was the hardest and longest running part of taking the red pill for me. I had what I can only describe as a psychotic breakdown during this time. The women flocked to it.

And I'll always have a sweet spot in my memories for that 20 year old massage therapist rubbing my back at night.

But what else can I do?

Kill more then just my petty little ego?

And then just die. No thanks.

[–]metallica11 21 points22 points  (2 children)

This is the kind of stuff that drives men to suicide. especially if kids are involved. and we have the audacity to call them "deadbeats". Society today has NO empathy for men in this situation.

god damnit. I can't stand it.

[–]ReclusiveHermit 2 points3 points  (1 child)

A guy in his early 20's asphyxiated himself in an old car while parked on the street. Turns out he was divorce raped so hard he had nothing left but a shitty old car and a life he wanted to end.

[–]metallica11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

and I bet the media/family portrayed him as "selfish" for committing suicide and taking the easy way out.

[–][deleted] 18 points19 points  (1 child)

This guy is now my new local hero. Get fucked bitch. Got debt? sell your MULTI MILLION DOLLAR HOME!

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The 600k mortgage on it, surely that was her decision right? She still has 600k equity in the house after that.

[–]red-adherent 16 points17 points  (1 child)

You just know the oldest daughter is riding the carousel as we speak. In fact she will probably become a stripper anyday now.

His kids will suffer but fuck it, she was one greedy bitch!

[–]sirmadam 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Her Twitter account is fairly standard for a teenager…bars…hugging toilet bowls (however humorously it is done).

[–]jaimewarlock 31 points31 points [recovered]

My first wife tried to "financially rape" me in our divorce. I told her that if she won a single dime in child support or alimony from the courts, I would move to mexico and start a new life there.

I still remember her reaction to this day. It was like I had physically punched her in the face. Her head literally snapped back about a foot.

When the divorce papers arrived, there was no request for alimony or child support. After that, she would come over once a month and "earn" her child support check, as per our informal agreement.

I love my current wife, but she is still a member of AWALT. The majority of my assets are now in bitcoins and I am the only one that can access them. I can go anywhere in the world and she knows it. Life is great.

[–]trpfieldreport 3 points4 points  (2 children)

I'm not sure if I should be impressed with your outcome, or judge you for doing this a second time.

I guess ... Bravo?

[–]jaimewarlock 4 points5 points  (1 child)

TRP is not just about getting laid. The principles can also be used for a long term relationship. It is up to you to decide what you want out of life.

[–]trpfieldreport 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, I'm with you on that.

I'm just surprised you could stomach a second marriage after your near divorce-rape experience.

[–]CaptainGlobal 17 points18 points  (2 children)

The Star tracked Hans Mills to the Philippines. From his hideaway on the outskirts of Manila, Mills says he knows what he did is wrong. He blames a “broken” Family Court system that pushed him to the brink of ruin for his decision to cut and run.

Why would he talk to the Canadian press after fleeing the country?

[–]nofaprecommender 17 points18 points  (1 child)

To get to the other side?

Or give his side of the story, maybe? I don't think the Toronto Star is going to send in a special ops team to retrieve him, do you?

[–]Squeezymypenisy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Niether would canada. That government has no balls.

[–][deleted] 13 points14 points  (2 children)

"So he sold his house, cashed in his pension, paid his bills, and took off."

Thank the lord, obviously that parasistic wife of his ruined their kids. There is no fixing that situation, it was the best thing he did.

[–]yummyluckycharms 19 points20 points  (1 child)

paid his bills

This little tidbit is enlightening. If this guy was a true jerk off, he would skip out of town without paying any bills.....after all....the creditors wouldnt be able to reach him. And yet, he did pay his bills.

But.....he's still a deadbeat according to the matriarchy because he refuses to submit.

[–]DexterousRichard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What kind of "deadbeat" prefers to pay his lawyer over his kids? Something has to be dreadfully wrong for that to happen.

Either he's a rank sociopath, or he was driven to it by an impossible and manifestly unjust demand. If he were just a sociopath he wouldn't have paid his other bills.

[–]RP-on-AF1 10 points11 points  (1 child)

Wow, just listened to the Joe Rogan / Dave Foley interview. Holy beta bux. She's BPD, he hooked up with her when she was dating his good friend, he was desperate and ended up marrying her, dead bedroom (sex once a year), she had access to his money and would spend it traveling the world for months on end, making him travel to go see his own children....I'm only 9 minutes in and haven't even gotten to the actual divorce rape yet.

[–]vicious_armbar 10 points10 points [recovered]

Apparently his bitch ex-wife never heard the adage: "You can shear a sheep many times, but you can skin it only once!" I don't know what is more ridiculous. The fact that she thinks she doesn't have to abide by a legally binding agreement she signed with her lawyer present. Or the fact that the judge agreed with her.

Oh and the only one of her kids to reach adulthood became a heroin addict years before the dad left! Great job mother of the year! You're given over a million dollars, you have no job, and you just sit on your ass all day. But you can't manage to raise a kid that isn't a hardcore drug addict? If your job was to raise your kids; then you should have been fired a long time ago!

Here's an idea get off of your lazy ass and get a fucking job like the rest of society! A friend of mine is a single father, doesn't get a cent of child support from his ex, has no college degree, no certificate from a vocational school, makes under $30,000 a year, and one of his three kids [the same number of dependents as this woman] has down syndrome as well as being wheel chair bound. He doesn't live in a mansion, doesn't have a million dollar divorce settlement, and doesn't get $2,000 a month. If he can figure it out you can too! Stop blaming other people, woman up, and take care of your responsibilities! Cunt!

To all you Red Pillers who were raised by a single mom and told your father was a scumbag: I urge you to reach out to him. Maybe he is a jerk who abandoned you, but maybe he was driven away by your mom. In either case if he is a decent guy try and form a relationship with him. If your mom was right and your dad is an asshole then you should probably question why your mom wanted to have babies with him. And perhaps you should consider being an asshole to women just like your dad was; so you can get more action just like he did. I'm serious.

[–]sirmadam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Was spouted bullshit about my Dad, currently rent a room at his house at a very very very acceptable rate allowing me to save more than half of my income. Used to regularly go for beers with him, my mother fucking hates it, and it's wonderful to behold the hamster first hand. Remember, AWALT, even your mother. Especially, your mother.

[–]ramot1 10 points11 points  (9 children)

In my state you are entitled to keep $744.00/month, net cash. That's what they left me with too. Eventually the child support came to an end, and for a while I could easily pay the alimony. Now I can't even do that due to health reasons.FML

[–]1AmlanceJockey 8 points9 points  (4 children)

Ofcourse if its deemed ok for one person to be able to survive on 744/month the it stands to reason so could another person. but ofcourse there is no balance in this system.

[–]ramot1 3 points4 points  (3 children)

My rent at the time was 650. The amount of 744 hasn't been raised in 20 years.

[–]1AmlanceJockey 9 points10 points  (2 children)

I think child support should be capped at 30% of what a person who survives on minimum wage makes. Because if its ok for any person to survive on that, than it oughtta be ok for exwives to survive on it to. Enjoy 30% of 14k a year. But, what about the children! if the father can provide a better life than that then give them to the father. Chalimony is just a backdoor wealth transfer to the parasites of society.

[–]ramot1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are right, nothing but wealth transfer. One lawyer I talked to said as much. He also said he would much rather have a woman as a client than a man, as he could get much more from her than from him.

But when she was getting 650/month combined alimony and child support, and I was allowed not much more, that is unjust!

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In Nebraska they won't put a female who abandons her kids under the poverty level, no more than 20% of her net no matter how much she makes. However, men can be forced into poverty, they'll take 68% of your gross, and they're supposed to leave $950 a month of the gross, the man still has to pay taxes on everything. So take your full taxes out and see if you still get your $950. She doesn't pay taxes on the support payments.

That's how I was serving in the US military and living in my car for two years, getting $300 a month.

[–]antihostile 2 points3 points  (3 children)

Any chance you can move to the Phillippines?

[–]ramot1 6 points7 points  (2 children)

I was thinking Brazil. I know a couple of other guys went there to escape! I was talking to one of them last month, and he is doing well. As soon as my youngest kid get married, I am gone from freedom country.

[–]DalekJay 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Those histories wont happen here... This woman would Fucked, BUT I have to say to you, as the feminism is growing, some horror stories are starting to pop. TRP is no secret here should I say is a almost common logic, and if you get to got to the south you are more or less golden. AVOID at all costs RIO and NORTH of the country

[–][deleted] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Reverse the roles, this would be a bright, cheery article about a liberated womyn fleeing her oppressor and rescuing the kids.

This is why I've gotten a vasectomy and I'm never getting married/ltr'ed

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Was going to respond with Dave Foley's story. Good on you OP.

This type of shit really sucks to read, but its like clickbait for me.

[–]Kite23 9 points10 points  (2 children)

Haha the quote from the boy at the end. Hey at least he got something, was he expecting money maybe?

[–]Endorsed ContributorNiftyDolphin 11 points12 points  (1 child)

He was expecting a shiny, expensive present.

I don't doubt that his mother has been telling him that his father absconded to the Philippines with mountains of cash.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My ex was getting nearly $2000 a month because of my efforts and sacrifices, I was living on $300 a month. Yet she told the kids that I didn't give her anything, that I didn't love them or care about them, and that money mattered more to me than they did. She told them I was abusive, kicked her out, cheated on her all the time.

She was projecting, because that's her.

She would change her phone number or simply not pay the bill until after the birthday or holiday had passed, so I couldn't call. If she had a working phone, she would let it go to voicemail or simply not answer it. She kept any gifts I sent, or threw them away, they only got one thing I sent. One of those cd players like a Walkman. I sent two, one for each kid. She kept the other one. That was the only gift they actually saw.

My oldest was afraid to visit me the first time I could have them for the summer. She had been told all these terrible things about me. The ex assaulted me the night my kid didn't come up for the summer, I called the sheriff and when they stopped her they said I pushed her. I had my hands in my pockets the entire time she was attacking me. The sheriff wanted to arrest me for her assaulting me.

No, I will not be having another relationship that is more than a girl I fuck.

[–]sowed5 8 points9 points  (0 children)

$4500/month between the state money and the rent from the attached apartment.

To be clear, had she received all the child and spousal support, she'd be getting $8272/month ($2500 state support + $2000 from the rented apartment + $2235 child support + $1537 spousal support). Presumably the only tax on any of that would be from the apartment rent. She was gonna barely scrape by with nearly $100k/year?

The son is cancer free and just needs to be periodically checked, so that's not any greater burden than the older sister.

She can't work because she has the kids yet she wanted full custody. What the hell.

She somehow convinced a judge that she was rushed into signing a document containing the details of her divorce. Yeah, they definitely held a gun to her head and she had no idea what she was signing. Women only have agency when it's convenient.

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (5 children)

Sometimes it's easier to take the ignorant route out of the rage phase. If I ignore the horrible truth, it's not in the forefront of my mind. But I guess I have to power through and stay enraged.

I just...how does nobody see an injustice with someone who PROVIDED EVERYTHING TO HER being forced to give her EVERYTHING, when it's all HIS shit to begin with? It's fucking insanity.

[–]RosewoodPill 2 points3 points  (4 children)

BC The judge was probably a woman who was not using logic, but having her heart strings pulled.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Male judges are just as bad. Mine was male, he said I was unfit to be a parent because I was in the military. He was a Marine.

[–]RosewoodPill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

true, easily could be a SJW

[–]1KyfhoMyoba 0 points1 point  (1 child)

said I was unfit to be a parent because I was in the military. He was a Marine.

Apparently his military experience was quite different from yours. I guess he knows something you don't.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah he said I can be deployed and killed at any time. Last I checked you can get hit by a bus crossing the street on the way to jury duty too.

[–]RosewoodPill 8 points9 points  (1 child)

You boys need to learn that with women, it's "what have you done for me lately?".

[–]smggs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eddie Murphy. I sure hes been divorce raped too.

[–]Yrenq 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Here's another thought. What if he had got custody of the kids? Downsize the house, using some proceeds to pay of the mother. Then you know, ACTUALLY HAVING A JOB to provide for them as the grew up, would have eliminated any of this bullshit. But woe unto anyone who suggests the logical course if it conflicts with what she-who-is-more-important wants.

Hell, with a 100k job he could have literally employed their mother as a carer for them.

[–]strps 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Meanwhile we will call him a 'refugee.'

[–]pilledwillingly 5 points6 points  (0 children)

"Well done Einstein." Love it.

[–]Senior EndorsedMattyAnon 7 points8 points  (0 children)

"was rushed and pressured and did not read the documents before she signed them. She said she did not understand she was signing away the right to any future spousal support, even if her circumstances changed."

So the state supports a woman's right to change her mind, three years after signing. Yes, three years to decide she'd signed "in a rush". Three years to realise she'd signed in a rush and hadn't read the documents. Unfuckingbelievable.

Never, ever get married. Especially if you live in Canada.

Never get married. Got it.

[–]Criket 14 points14 points [recovered]

I know the feeling... There no support anywhere for man. Wasn't allowed to see my two boys and I have to paid 230$ per week, that a third of my paycheck :/ Lost the house and I had to keep the dept made on her credit card. Treated like a criminal. I'm EVIL 'cause I ask her to go find some job (boys both on school) The court seize EVERYTHING I got in exchange of allowing me to see my two son's every weekend, BUT after they didn't allowed me to see them because I didn't having anything to receive them, and laugh at me... :/ Sorry for bad english

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only 1/3? You got off easy. They took nearly 3/4 of my gross. 71% before taxes. Taxes for me were usually 22% to 24% so I had one week of your support payment to live on each month. It can get worse.

[–]mainst 5 points6 points  (1 child)

As a side note I would like to add that never inform your soon-to-be ex spouse that you will be leaving the country and she can 'suck it'. This guy got lucky.

[–]sirmadam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He informed her after he left, this was perfectly executed.

[–]Senior Endorsed ContributorVasiliyZaitzev 3 points4 points  (0 children)

[–]SCROTAL-SACK 19 points20 points  (8 children)

so I'm hoping that in the next 10/15 years, the norms change so that people realize that it sucks for everyone, even the woman who gets a shit ton of free money.

Problem is laws change all the time. You've got older guys now, 20.. 30 years of marriage later getting raped in court because the contract they signed back then is invalid now. You can't guarantee anything. Marriage is dead. You should just let go of that idea imo.

[–][deleted] 11 points12 points  (4 children)

Marriage died the second divorce became legal thanks to the Church of England.

[–]skoobled 6 points7 points  (3 children)

I'm Henry VIII, I AM, I AM!

I blame anne boleyn

[–]koji8123 0 points1 point  (2 children)

The green sleeves guy made divorce happen? What?

[–]skoobled 0 points1 point  (1 child)

You need to read some English history: wanted a son, first wife didn't "deliver". Wanted to annull the marriage, Pope said no, formed the church of England, dissolved the monasteries, separated England from Roman influence, had five more wives, only one sickly son, heir ended being a daughter after all.

Quite a fascinating and significant historical figure, really

[–]koji8123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I admit I'm ignorant on a lot of English history. Honestly don't know much before 1760s, besides some Shakespeare.

Definitely something I'll look up though.

“Financially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, I am approaching bankruptcy,” Donna Mills said in an email she sent the Star asking for help in locating her ex. “If I go down, the kids go down, and I can’t let that happen.”

--No your just a weak faggot bitch who needs some fucking work ethic...she deserves to die a slow death.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Approaching bankruptcy in a million dollar home and haven taken half her husband's worth. Go biologically bankrupt and die cunt.

[–]savedarticles 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The family picture speaks a thousand words. Look at the wife... yikes, I'd leave the country too. But, the older daughter is definitely plate material.

It turns the stomach to think the wife looked like the daughter at one point. Some women hit the wall super hard. Shitty personalities literally deteriorate their looks after 25.

[–][deleted] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Men like me will just shrug. Don't feed the leeches. I rather waste my talents

[–]foldpak111 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was a victim of this. My mother received child support from my "deadbeat" father and I didn't see a dime of it. Funny, I always saw her with the latest phone, car, those lame ass 7 dollar Starbucks coffees, etc.

The truth is, those kids would have been fucked either way. I won't be surprised if she's beating them at this very moment for interfering with mommy time aka watching American Idol like the little consuming parasite she is.

Thank god I don't have to deal with that bitch anymore. After all I went through, she's lucky I don't plan some elaborate 10 years in the making scheme to frame her for a serious crime (and I could do it).

[–]My-Name-Is-No-One 2 points3 points  (0 children)

[–]thegr8b8m8 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The picture of her pissed off bitchy look in that photo is priceless. Really feel bad for the kids. Im sure they will be pissed at him as well. Maybe one day one of them will take the pill and realize the state in cahoots with the ungrateful wife share the most blame. Sad really.

[–]MobilePenor 2 points3 points  (1 child)

I hope he can find some peace and happiness in the new country.

[–]trpfieldreport 2 points3 points  (0 children)

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember this story. I think he moved to the Phillipines or something.

Now he doesn't even pay her child support. He took what assets he had left and took off.

She had a 1.2 million dollar home but can't bother to sell it or to get a job. She's a pathetic piece of shit.

He's not a deadbeat. He's a hero. I applaud him and if I met him I would shake his hand.

[–]I_is_the_best 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well but men fall for it themselves.

If a girl wants to fuck you she can do it 30 minutes after meeting you.

If she makes you jump through hoops, enter a legal contract that pretty much transfers half your assets to her and makes you her slave then you're an idiot and will get no pussy. It's as simple as that.

Make yourself attaractive to women. Through looks only, masculine traits not money or commitment. You should make yourself the shittiest relationship material possible.

Women are dualistic - they have two uses for men. Make sure you're being used as AF not BB.

[–]topapito 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Offshore corporations, entities. The biggest problems I see with US residents, is that they are very unaware that there is a whole world outside of their neighborhoods. Learn that there are ways, legal ways to protect, not hide, your assets. Proper structuring can make you bulletproof.

Don't live with a woman either. After a period of time of living together, the law consider you are married.

If they're gonna call him deadbeat, then the only solution is to reclaim the word "deadbeat". Just another way of saying "independent". I'm deadbeat n proud. Can we make this a slogun?

[–]monzzter221 6 points7 points  (1 child)

Sure, and then we can write "deadbeat" on our chests in magic marker and protest "deadbeat shaming".

Sometimes you gotta fight fire with fire to expose the absurdity.
