CultureJeff Bezos to divorce wife of 25 years, leading to the costliest divorce settlement ever... (self.TheRedPill)

submitted by Hencley

Title says it all, one of the richest women in the world will now have gotten there by marrying and divorcing someone. Apparently she "co-founded Amazon in the beginning by doing accounting for it for awhile" but I think this is his wife's lawyer speaking. Can't wait to hear how the media defends a billionaire for once, ironically one that didn't earn a penny of it.

Here's where it gets scary... [Here's the article about Jeff Bezos and his wife divorcing.](https://www.foxnews.com%2Fus%2Fjeff-bezos-amazon-ceo-worth-137-billion-to-divorce-wife-of-25-years&psig=AOvVaw0vpOrDLvUzfwSodFKteT9q&ust=1547139394319902) And [here's an article about Judge Judy divorcing 3 times...](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4885270/Judge-Judy-opens-three-marriages-two-husbands.html) The situations are similar, one person made incredible monetary gains based off of smart work and innovation in their respective industries. Both people were very rich, and wanted divorces. You'd think that society would naturally side with either the "earner" or the "victim" (being the person losing their cash cow.) Society instead, will always side with the woman.

I'm guessing all we are going to hear is how Jeff Bezos wife was there in the beginning, and Amazon might not even exist without her and therefore she deserves her money. She will be defended and branded "brave" for divorcing someone as successful as Jeff. Judge Judy divorced her ex husbands because "men in this generation are different. They expect to be taken care of even if they have no right." The article implies Judy was brave for divorcing the men and she basically tossed them aside to focus on herself, making her a strong independent woman.

Here's the thing, I admire Judy a lot and shit if her husbands were not up to her standards and she wanted out, good for her. Her husbands don't deserve to have paid settlements because of her success as a TV Judge. She even scoffs at the implication that she's a feminist just because she's a successful woman. I also feel the same way about Jeff, he created his own success and status beyond anyone I can even think of. He should be able to divorce his wife the same way. Society will always cater to women in these events though, which makes marriage a very unfair arrangement as a man.

To become the richest woman in the world you just divorce the richest man in the world.
Nice example.

I don't think this case was a case of gold digging or divorce rape. Seems like Jeff had affairs and it's been on for a while. I mean within hours of it, he's already hooking up with another woman who divorced her husband to be with him. And I don't get it - did you see what his new girlfriend looks like. Ugh! I couldn't put her at 2/10 even if I tried Dang, his wife's way more prettier (even at her age) than who he's with. Doesn't add up. If he wanted a hot late 20s model it might have made sense. He's hooking up with someone who's divorced 2 high profile husbands already.

EDIT : It's confirmed Jeff was cheating. Man, he has terrible taste.

My 2 cents, but I think Jeff certainly will know what gold digging means in the far future. He's making a mistake.

Dunno. Evidently that gal has a pussy worth 68.5 BILLION, since that's what Skeezos has to give up for it. What a fucking 'TARD.

I doubt if she has any reason for leaving at the moment - if she were married, all of Jeff's money would be hers to spend anyway, plus kids and family. Late phase epiphany? Nah, not at this age. She wouldn't be wanting cats for company. Plus, who's really higher up the hypergamy scale than Jeff himself? It doesn't make sense.

But if Jeff had a dead bedroom going for years, I might not be surprised either. Still, what a dumb way to make the biggest possible monetary loss in one man's history.

My gut's still convinced with the data available as on date that Jeff's been negotiating a settlement over the affair for a long time now - since most of their wealth is actually shareholder money. That's why they've made such a seemingly amicable announcement.

But don't be surprised if he gets really gold dug down the road.

He is rich beyond avarice and may just want to do what he wants for the rest of his life. Or it could be that the wife is pissed off enough abt the extra-curricular nooky. The narrative is that infidelity by the husband should result in immediate divorce, even ina dead bedroom situation or if the wife got obese and gross because: “woman good, man bad”.

If it were me, I’d tell her she can have $100M, and peace of mind, or she can sue for half, and wake up every morning wondering if that day was the day she stepped off of the wrong curb.

[–]UseForThrowAwayStuff 0 points1 point  (1 child)

i guess he would threaten her if he wanted to

[–]Senior Endorsed ContributorVasiliyZaitzev 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It would have to be more subtle, but that’s a possibility. Bezos is too much of a nerdy BetaFag to go that route.

[–]RoadToZion1119 -3 points-2 points  (3 children)

That would be the day your pathetic ass would end up with a bullet in his head and that's why losers like you can't reach Bezos' level, you think like a retard.

[–]Senior Endorsed ContributorVasiliyZaitzev 6 points7 points  (2 children)

Well I guess we know what Jeff Bezos’ reddit alt it is.

You are correct, I will never get to the level where I’m writing retard level six grade love notes to my buddy’s wife, who is a post-WallSPLAT! THOT. So yeah, go choke on a bag of moldy dicks.

If you’re talking about his money, I just got $68.5 billion closer to him. Because he can’t handle bitches. That said, money is a shitty way to keep score. It’s simply a store of value, and useful as a tool, and that’s it.

L’Affaire Besos has illustrated yet again that money is only useful in the right hands.

It's not about money, it is about power. Jeff Bezos is (or at least was lmao) one of the most powerful men worldwide, you are a nobody next to him. A tremendously successful genius who started from nothing, given the right circumstances he could be your boss.

That being said, he is simultaneously a genius on business related issues and a fucking retard on dating related issues. Although I am amazed that as a bald manlet with ptosis he managed to fuck the girl of a man one foot taller than him with a full head of hair, he indeed acted like an unexperienced retard.

My problem with your comment is that, if he explicitly threatened her life if she chose to leave, and she could earn 100+ BILLION DOLLARS from his death what ethical restrictions would she have to not hire a hitman to take him out? There are out there hitmen who could kill you for a burger from mcdonalds, imagine a woman who can easily pay someone even 50 million dollars without her husband even noticing because they have 100+ fucking billions, she could hire someone who could kill you with 10 shots in the back of the head and make it seem like you committed suicide and actually convince people.

What we can see from this case is that first of all it is not an example of AWALT but instead APALT (All People Are Like That),both men and women can cheat, its not about the gender but the person. His wife looks amazing for her age (way better than she looked when they were younger), she supported him when he had nothing (he quit his job to start amazon and she was the one financially supporting him during this time). So for all we know he had a faithful, good looking wife who is putting effort into her appearance, she supported him even at the worst times and he chose to throw all of these things out for a slut, I don't feel sorry for him and I wouldn't even if she took all of his money.

It's not about money, it is about power.

And yet your metric for power is money.

given the right circumstances he could be your boss.

The "right circumstances" would be that I want to work for Amazon. I did a deal with them about ten years ago. There is nothing about that interaction that would make me ever want to work for Amazon.

what ethical restrictions would she have to not hire a hitman to take him out?

You're assuming, of course, that he couldn't do the same thing.

10 shots in the back of the head and make it seem like you committed suicide

I see the flaw in your plan.

His wife looks amazing for her age

Any time anyone says "for her age" or "for his age" or "for you age" it negates whatever came before it.

So for all we know he had a faithful, good looking wife who is putting effort into her appearance, she supported him even at the worst times and he chose to throw all of these things out for a slut, I don't feel sorry for him and I wouldn't even if she took all of his money.

I was wrong. We've found McKenna Bezos' alt.

Plus, who's really higher up the hypergamy scale than Jeff himself? It doesn't make sense.

Younger, taller, hotter, sportier.....

She won't find richer (more beta), but more alpha isn't gonna be too hard.

Don't forget Jeff is no longer richer than her - she's got half his wealth now.

[–]SKRedPill 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I think here it was a case of polygamy, not hypergamy. Let's see, what makes you think Jeff's new girlfriend is in any way a better choice?

[–]Senior EndorsedMattyAnon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Let's see, what makes you think Jeff's new girlfriend is in any way a better choice?

Because he isn't married to her
