Film Your Bangs

Now there’s a second good reason — besides the obvious benefit of compiling a porn oeuvre of your ex-girlfriends to whack off to in your dotage — to film all your bangs. It just might save you from a false rape charge.

Ndonye has already been kicked out of college for the false report and has been hiding out since. She’s refused to talk about her recanted claims she was tied up and gang raped inside a dormitory bathroom after a video of the incident emerged and shot holes in her original assertions.

Prosecutors said she cracked and changed her story when they told her about a videotape.

“The turning point was when she was confronted with the fact that there may exist a video of some or all of the incident. The woman began to reveal the truth about what happened,” Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice said.

Investigators said the video showed no ropes, no ties and no force.

The bitch’s full name is Danmel Ndonye. DANMEL NDONYE. Shout it from the rooftops. A mass public shaming so great that it drives her to suicide would be justice well served. In the meantime, I’d settle for a few years behind bars.

So, lesson learned. Film your bangs, gentlemen. Thanks, feminists!

(My gameplan is to make the red record light as natural a part of foreplay as tender kisses on the neck.)

  1. A dialogue with Feminists about the proliferation of False-Rape charges in recent years and their consequences for those accused should take place.

If modern Feminists are rational and ethical as they claim to be, then reasonable charges for False-Rape claims will appeal to them as a deterrent to diluting the reality of rape.

If a significant number of them would be against such a penalty, however, then we know just how zealotous the opponents of ‘Men’s Rights’ have become and what actions must be considered as necessary measures against them.

Isn’t filming without consent illegal though? For some reason, I suspect that if a girl declines to be filmed, she’s more likely to reneg and file a false raep charge.

  3. Some promiscuous male celebrities do in fact secretly record all of their bangs, knowing that they are likely targets for false rape charges.

Laws on recording differ by state. In many states both video and audio may be recorded with only one person’s knowledge. In some states, video can be recorded with one party’s consent but audio cannot (a legacy of wiretap laws, I think). And in some cases it depends on private vs. public property, and whose property it is.

The red light on a video camera is called a “tally lamp” and on some camcorders it can be disabled. The ideal tally lamp for surreptitious recording, though, is one that is on when not recording and off when actually recording.

Why? You can hide the camera in plain sight. First, with the camera resting on a table or desk, idle but appearing to be recording because the red light is on, you pretend to “record” something with her — goofy, non-sexual stuff. Then you grab the remote, say “Let’s turn this thing off,” hit the record button, and now the camera starts recording as the red light goes off. Then you say, “Okay, here we go” and bust your moves.

In a courtroom or prosecutor’s office, the recording will begin with you both looking at the camera, and you saying “Okay, here we go” as you set down the remote. It will look for all the world like implied consent from her. She’s looking right at the camera!

Additional tips: Try to get clear consent at the beginning, middle and end, especially if the sex is rough. Just a “You want to…?” type question, so she’s on tape saying “Yes.” Or just ask her how she’s feeling so it’s on the record that she feels good. (And then, of course, slap her around a bit to counteract the non-alphaness off your behavior.) Also leave her alone in the room at some point so it’s clear that she could leave.

  5. On a related note, does anyone know whether it’s legally viable (within current contract legislation) to make a pact which penalizes a woman for filing for child support in case of unplanned pregnancy?

Example: “I, Hannah Hypergamous, will, in case of unplanned pregnancy with Alphonso Alpha, refrain from filing for child support. The penalty for breaking this pact will be $100,000, at an interest rate of 5% per year.”

(I don’t see how this “non-CS agreement” is different from current non-disclosure agreements.)

A widespread use of such a contract would be a massive step forward for male reproductive rights.

Hell, even if you can PROVE without a doubt you are not the father of a child. You may still be ordered to make payments if you have been acting as the father EVEN IF you are deceived.

What about the girl who recently accused Ben Roethlisberger of rape? She didn’t even bother going to the police and is just trying to get a big payday/settlement.

I wouldn’t get my hopes too high even if the laws were changed in this direction. Chances are, the bitches will start inflating false accusations/charges of “spousal abuse” to grab whatever they can. The courts will presume the husbands guilty until proven innocent. Then the feminists will start using the inflated abuse statistics to buttress their claims for more regulation of marriage. They’ll say, “see, misogyny and male chauvinism is alive and well.” As for counter claims that the charges are false or purposefully misrepresentative, they’ll say, “what is a poor girl to do to prove abuse? Video their whole marriage?” And we’ll be back to zero. No, actually minus one since the husband will still lose the house and the kids, AND plus be smeared and maligned as an abuser. For life.

The traditional societal order that made it possible to make marriage as the only legitimate option sexual bonding is gone, destroyed. Nothing short of fully restoring that order is going to make much of a difference. And hell hath no fury like a bitch addicted to her primal urges.

  16. Regarding laws against video recording your sexcapades: If you keep the recordings secret unless accused of rape I do not think the laws would matter. Better to face a charge of recording a sex act than a charge of rape. So you put yourself at legal risk only to eliminate a far more serious risk. My guess is the prosecutor isn’t going to come after you if that’s how you use your videos.

Another thought: This threat of false accusation is a good reason to have a female apartment mate who is a good friend. Then you’ve got a female witness that the girl came over and started undressing herself and jumping you.

  24. Actually, you can video/audio record any conversation that you are party of, whether or not you have anyone’s consent. Consent matters only if you have a reasonable expectation of privacy. If, however, you knowingly reveal something to a member of the public, whether in your home or office, then expectations of privacy do not hold.

So, if I surreptitiously record two people in their hotel room without them knowing, then, yes, I would be violating eavesdropping/wiretapping laws because the two people expected privacy.

If, however, I record a conversation with a person who knowingly reveals personal information to me (a member of the public), I would not be wiretapping because a) I am a party to the conversation, and b) I am a member of the public to whom revelations are not protected by privacy.

This brings up some troubling thoughts.

If a man learns Game, he has the option of sleeping with a lot of women.

Thus, the probability of such a charge rises. And while I know of no luminary in the Game community who has been charged like this, the simple numbers tell us that more women fucked = more of a chance of this.

While David Alexander is a loser, I could certainly see some men who could get laid, disengaging from interactions with women, simply out of fear. There is no quantity or quality of sex that is worth having one’s life ruined through a false rape charge.

Women are really taking this too far, with consequences that will be devastating for them, and for society.

    * Teaching young girls and women about family planning and sexual hygiene.

    * Stopping sex trafficking.

    * Stopping drastic corporal punishment against women in backwards cultures for bullshit offences.

For this reason, I make a distinction between various types of feminism and the need to measure and respond to the types that threaten Men’s Rights here in the West with rationality and caution.

As many have already agreed, I don’t see an organized ‘Men’s Rights Movement’ taking root in this country any time soon, if ever.

But broad and deep cultural changes do not have to emanate from a systemic source — They can come from decentralized, informed, aware, adaptive, active individuals acting on consort with each other.

TL;DR Version: There are different types of feminism. Being bitter about an amorphous cultural phenomenon called “Feminism” is counteproductive. As rational and aware men, we have to act accordingly to the ‘bad’ types of Feminism.

The types of ‘female development in poor countries’ you mention is not opposed by any men here or elsewhere.

US feminists/misandrists care not one whit about that. Have you ever heard them condemn the stonings, honor killings, and genital mutilation of women in Islamic countries?

No. We do not hear this.

So don’t confuse yourself about the various ‘types of feminism’, with the assumption that some self-declared ‘feminists’ have ‘good’ goals regarding women’s rights abroad. There is only one ‘feminism’, Misandry, which exists in America today.

and respond to the types that threaten Men’s Rights here in the West with rationality and caution.

Yeah, see how much progress you make with ‘rationality’ and ‘caution’. It is time to get tough. Roissy’s call to repeat the name of the evil Danmel Ndonye is correct, and I hope she is the frequent subject of scorn in future articles here.

I don’t see an organized ‘Men’s Rights Movement’ taking root in this country any time soon, if ever.

Don’t be so sure. Only a small fraction of men, like 10%, have to get involved to make big changes. Men have forgotten how much power they really have, if they organize well. Also, many global and technological changes on the horizon will favor men. I have written about this extensively.

Which is crazy when you think about it, since most women have sons, brothers, husbands and fathers you think they would care about.

Probably what’s happened is that the most radical man-hating types have risen to the positions of leadership in feminist organizations.

As far as videotaping goes, I would have to agree that it’s unlikely you would be prosecuted for making a sex tape if you used it only as a defense against a false accusation. Imagine the bad press the prosecutor’s office would get in that situation.

Just look at the situation at Hofstra. None of the guys has been charged with taping a sex act. As far as I know, the campus feminists have not demanded that this woman’s victims be charged with secretly videoing her.

The feminists know that they lost this round and the best they can hope for is that the situation will fade into the memory hole.

  59. Of course she should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

False rape charge are not only unjust to falsely-accused men, they are unjust to actual rape victims.

All of this raises the question: What about taping sex?

Rape has always been difficult because it’s a violent crime and there’s most often only the alleged victim and the alleged rapist, so you have a he-said, she-said issue. The physical evidence is subject to different interpretations.

So taping sex resolves this issue. But taping sex also puts a party’s privacy in jeopardy. Should (mainly) women really face that prospect whenever they have sex?

    Some courses of policy action:

    1. Allow taping at anybody’s discretion. If you’re having sex at somebody else’s place, you accept the risk of being taped.

    2. Allow taping at anybody’s discretion, but with severe penalties for any kind of circulation. You can tape without somebody’s knowledge, but you are criminally liable if the tape gets out.

    3. Keep taping illegal, absent clear evidence of consent. The person doing the taping has to get explicit permission to tape, or balance the risks of committing a crime by taping against the risks of a false rape charge.

But anyway, pretty much everyone is a “liar” if they are asked the right question. “Do you ever think about someone else during sex” is probably a question that’s pretty likely to evoke a lie as an answer.

Many other crimes have also always been difficult when it comes to catching criminals and proving their guilt. Take burglary, for example. A skilled burglar who robs a house while the owners are away is impossible to trace unless he commits some stupid error, and even then, proving guilt beyond reasonable doubt is often impossible.

Yet, we don’t hear widespread demands for eliminating due process and lowering judicial standards of proof and testimony in cases of burglary because the present system lets way too many burglars get away. Instead, everyone is expected to take reasonable personal precautions. Don’t leave outside doors unlocked, don’t leave too many valuables at home, if you’re away for a long time don’t make it obvious, if you’re obviously wealthy install alarms, etc., etc. These are all sensible precautions that any sane person is expected to follow.

On the other hand, feminists react with fits of apoplectic rage when someone suggests that women should similarly take reasonable precautions against getting raped, since rape is also a crime that is often difficult to prove and prosecute. According to them, the only way to tackle the problem of rape — a problem that has been wildly overblown out of all proportion by bogus statistics and ridiculous definitions — is to eliminate all due process rights of the accused and reduce the standards of evidence until each and every accusation results in a conviction, no matter how frivolous. And despite its absurdity, this madness has become one of the pillars of PC faith that are dangerous to even question loudly in public.

Ok, but I am so not going to turn around and attempt to apply the knowledge from this situation to other situations where a video was made but only shown in a courtroom to a jury, and used by the defense to suggest that the unconscious victim was such a slut that she actually wanted to have a pool cue, among other things – none of which included a penis – jammed in her while the guys threw in their pithy commentary about the whole escapade. If your dad goes out and has his brand new pool table that was delivered on the day you made your video, to have a new surface put on the whole thing, that’s something that makes you look guilty…I’m just saying…..

False accusations of rape are as ridiculous as you can make up, and should probably be treated differently if we want them to stop detracting from real crimes that have occurred where someone really has been raped – by a lone suspect they don’t know, or a group of guys that live down the street – these situations are hit with a skeptical response from others because of these randomly occurring instances where someone accuses another person of a crime that was never committed yet was treated like we should be able to expect in a real case where an actual rape took place, so that things start to be taken less seriously in general out of the fear that it could end up later revealed as one more fake claim charging rape. It could be quite helpful in deterring these false claims from being made for whatever reason the person can come up with while trying to explain why they would do so *at all* if there were actual criminal penalties they would face if they were discovered to have falsely claimed that they were assaulted by people who are of course dragged through the mud before the news hits your screen with the whole story (pre-discovery of the falsification part of the mess of course) and could become something that will follow them for the rest of their life despite any truth that eventually comes out exonerating them of the specific crime but not the surrounding speculations.

In summary: yay for penalties on making a false accusation against someone who has not committed a crime or the crime you’re accusing them of.

rape is still bad, and we shouldn’t have to question whether the accuser is telling the truth like we are seeing ourselves do in the present state of things have led us to.

Good work. Blogs should keep and maintain a running ‘Hall of Shame’ of women who conduct false rape charges. Destroy their reputations, and any prospect of any man ever getting romantically involved with them again.

I see that both this Danmel Ndonye and the Duke Lacrosse accuser were black women who were thinking along the lines of group sex (the former actually having it, the latter making it up). But do higher-class people actually even have group bangs like this? I doubt it.

NO blacks defended them from what was an OBVIOUS lie. In THIS case, the girl was exposed and kicked out. In the Duke case, the “girl”–a toxic mass of shit–was made into a hero, and paid off. The police and Uni initially dumped the fake case–but the DA picked it up for his own political gain. The feminists—and is there really any distinction betwen a “feminist” and any other dumb broad??,aside from feminists being more queer, ugly, sexually competitve with men,and therefore hateful of us, and hardcore—jumped on this with both size 14 feet. 72. I have been following this case closely with much dispondence. I’d just like to clarify that while she accused five guys of rape, AT LEAST TWO of them publicly deny any sexual contact. The one man who was not arrested (the other four were quickly rounded up for a four day stay in jail) has not, to my knowledge, made any statements.

All we really know is that she had consensual sex in the presence of others. I’ve witnessed countless feminists shaming the “disgusting” men who would debase themselves in a “train.” She might have banged just two, or even just one, and in the presence of his friends.

The dishonest media is not doing much to advance this possibility, only to replace “rape” with “consensual.” The accused are advised by lawyers to withhold commenting about the incident in detail. All four arrested men will be permanently associated with sexual deviance, regardless of whether or not they hopped onto that noble, empowered young lady.

  73. Regarding filming of sex, I have already encountered the feminist defense on the internet. You see, a woman may not act out in protest during her sexual assault for fear of further violence. She may enthusiastically participate in many different sex positions because she is afraid that the man will escalate. Therefore, video of seemingly normal sex does not disprove her duress, if she chooses to claim it.

By this assertion, every single sexual encounter can be considered forcible rape, at the sole discretion of the female.

The false rape industry is the feminist’s method to counter Game.

Yes, that is what it is. A man with Game will sleep with many women, and thus the probability of this sort of false accusation rises. Pretty soon, men with Game are too afraid to risk making maximum use of Game.

This is the feminist strategy to counter Game. It is a problem of society-destroying potential, but they will use it.

My job puts me into contact with a lot of different people, and I would say that (1) men and women are roughly equal in their dishonesty; and (2) blacks are significantly more dishonest than anyone else. Just my general impression.

In my personal life over the years, women have been a lot more dishonest than men but that’s probably because there is a lot of lying in dating and sexual relationships so as a straight man I get a skewed view. Quite possibly, a straight woman would have the reverse impression.

why can’t we just acknowledge that we all plan to continue thinking that it’s the other side that’s doing all the lying and behaving badly the minute they are sure they’re not going to give whomever they’re involved in a relationship with enough caught from one view – of it means they have to wait till they’re in a whole different state using another name and whatnot before engaging in what will most definitely NOT be conducive to having a LTR considered to be healthy by general standards defining the parameters that are the most basic needs that you have to have for the use of healthy ok to apply to the whole LTR. I do see the possible side-road that the same view may lead to as the tip of a whole iceberg of things they can ferret out and use in ways that are better for describing in terms of ammo that they can use when they’re each on one side of the conference room table with their respective divorce lawyers who really just showed up to sign a few forms and flirt with anyone remotely attractive in a way they don’t get when with their wife as nice as they may be in appearance some just find they are looking around for a chance to wander with someone who would be seen as more or less the total opposite of what they have at home, when that happens to come along right at the same time you can find them in one part or the other as they go in and out office doors and in and out of court offices and court room divisions through their usual activities involved in going through the standard work day. So if it’s ok with everyone, men can assume that women are more prone to lie, while women get to continue holding on to men being the ones who are guiltiest of lying to almost a pathological epidemic that is spreading faster than the plague as it goes around the parts humans are found in the world in numbers greater than two in the same distance in miles between the East and West coast equivalent to the specifics for where they move around what is considered their territory to roam around as the seasons dictate. Yay for always finding the most complicated and overly-focused way to say something that was a lot simpler for the other part of the populationl. I mean it. Yippee.

  124. I think it’s impossible to prove which gender lies more, but I have noticed a kind of pattern. Women lie to others. Men lie to themselves.

Men tend to be socialized to have more honor and stronger principles. So a man will find loopholes for himself, where a woman will try to get social backing from others while being conscious of her behavior being at least selfish.

Because men lie to themselves, it’s harder to determine whether they are lying to you. Their words and deeds will match until they are either unable or unwilling to lie to themselves anymore. Meanwhile, considerable time can be wasted, both in business and in romance.

They say that when torturing a woman, you tear off her clothes. With a man, you make him take off his own clothes. To find out whether or not a man is lying, simply give him enough rope to hang himself. It’s one reason I seldom needed to destroy egos in my wake. Breaking up or deciding I wasn’t worth the effort it would take to sustain a sham, was always their idea.

Gunslingergregi: so what are we supposed to do with the women who like to work outside of the home and find the idea of getting stuck there each day and not because you called in sick? I don’t know what I would have spent all of the time doing after learning I had become a widow if I wasn’t devoting it to things at work like I have. I mean, what exactly IS there in situations like mine or moderately close for someone who doesn’t have work and their family lives 3k across the country from them? And contrary to what lifetime might be convincing people that life is like for wives and girlfriends whose men are in the military, I don’t believe that there’s anything close to what they show on “Army Wives” anywhere, including the outskirts that people buy homes in when not trying to get housed at their base…not that I can say I know because I’ve never seen the show, but those goddam clips during the commercial breaks from the cable company are enough for me to declare the whole series to be from the same lousy lot of nonexistence.

  139. roissy,

here’s a question: should you film yourself while drugging and anally raping a thirteen year old girl, or will that only hurt you later on since you actually are a rapist?

never mind, just be rich and famous and ingratiate yourself to hollwood and the french and it won’t matter anyway. i’m interested to hear the roissy take on this:

this, by the way, is evidence that it’s not only liberal women who will go to great lengths to excuse whatever alpha males do. anne applebaum is a fellow at the american enterprise institute.

It’s women like this that make real rape claims less serious. All the fucking false accusations and charges make the real ones less believable. So not only did she do an injustice to the gentlemen involved, she did an injustice to all women who are suffering the after effects of rape.

Oh my god, I nearly broke my shoulder as I fell onto the floor laughing at this comment. Seeing the words ‘feminists’, ‘rational’ and ‘ethical’ in the same sentence is hilarious.

I have been saying for about a year that the day is coming where men have a ‘Sex Contract’ in triplicate with them. One copy for him, one for her, one to put in the safe behind the bar. And that men will not even bother talking to a woman until they sign the contract saying any sex that happens in the next 24 hours is consentual.

The idea of taping all bangs is a good one. I haven’t done it yet because I NEVER touch a western woman and eastern european women are pretty much unheard of making false rape allegations. But any guy who touches a western woman (ugghhh…I don’t know how you do it)…it’s a pretty good idea.

  146. Simple solution in the equal shaming department is to sue her for like $1,000,000,000. The number is so ridiculous it’s bound to get press and it’ll clear the falsely accused while at the same time bringing to light the woman’s name, false claim, etc. It might even help bring about public support of false accusers going to jail.

  147. It’s ridiculous that false rape claims aren’t really prosecuted, and if they are, the woman might get a month in jail or something. Truly ridiculous. As a feminist I would say that a false rape claim should be punished with as many years behind bars as a rapist would get if he’d actually done it. Now that’s equality, and any true feminist would agree.
