Comment Of The Week: Minimizing Strengths, Maximizing Weaknesses

COTW winner is Elmer Jack, with a trilogy of comments that earned a place logged into the CH guest book.

Feminism is about women who are low on the mating desirability scale ruining the chances for attractive young women to have fulfillment, which they say is to be found in the sterile carpeting, crappy chairs, exhausting commutes, and pre-landfill cubicle partitions that define the totalitarian architecture of Encorpera. Of course feminists don’t know what they are talking about since few actually slog through a career outside of academia. For no feminist offers young women the sensible advice to get an education they can use later in life, find a husband early, bear children, and enter the workforce after their children have grown. Now more than ever with the advent of the internet and online education do people have the opportunities to acquire marketable skills and seek work. You can always get a job and you can start a business or career after the age of 40.

***

Peter Drucker, in his famous essay Managing Oneself, advised strongly the need to understand your strengths and weaknesses, and observed that you can never win by improving your weaknesses, only by improving your strengths. In broader socio-economic terms, feminism has pressured women to build on their weaknesses (ability to compete against men) and discouraged them from capitalizing on their strengths (youth and fertility). Young women have taken up this mantra to the extreme as their innate herd behavior has driven millions of them dominate universities and commit to a life of cubicle drudgery over hearth and home. They would rather have a crappy job with vicious co-workers that provides them money to spend on frivolities than a humble home domain where they rule and experience the joy of children. It is unfortunate that so many of our most intelligent and well-bred women are buying into this lie only to discover just 10 years after starting that they have missed the boat on marriage and childbearing opportunities. Adding to this cruel feminist hoax inflicted on impressionable women, some companies make a spectacle of offering to freeze their female worker’s eggs so they can devote their youth to the corporation and attempt childbirth long after the ideal window for this has passed. This is not to imply that women should not be educated; a woman should have an education as a financial backup and to use after child-rearing.

***

So we have weakened society as a whole by building on women’s weaknesses in attempts to make them the equal of men, rather than encouraging them in their natural strengths. And while this charade is going on, men are encouraged to adopt feminine attitudes and lifestyles at the expense of their own natural strengths, now deemed unnecessary in the new gender-neutral economy. The impact on our society appears in plummeting marriage rates, childless women, fatherless children, inflated home prices, and exploding credit card debt. To cope with the pressures of competing against men as well as their own female competitors, an astonishing 25% of working women are on anti-depressants. While companies make a big deal out of their zero-tolerance drug policies, their female workforce is higher than a kite on prescription medications.

For whatever impact feminization is having on women themselves, it means something else : you have a huge demographic of talented competitors who control the hiring process, are being given advantages over you for job assignments, against whom you cannot fight as you would any other man, and who ultimately promote our downward economic spiral by occupying non-productive tasks while avoiding the risk-taking that is required to stimulate job creation.

And if that’s not bad enough, many male hiring managers and CEOs are eager to place women simply because the women are attractive or they themselves have daughters. These men, usually married, seek to increase their odds for workplace romances either real or imagined as an escape hatch to their marital drudgery and suffocating corporate confines.

So much goodness packed into Elmer’s Jacked COTW. Recall the two demonic motivations of feminists:

  • To teach women to be second-rate men rather than first-rate women.
  • To remove all constraints on female sexuality while maximally restricting male sexuality.

These two motivations are driven by ugliness, of both the outer and inner kinds.

******

Reader Chad earns a COTW second place showing.

Feminism like most leftist schemes does not aim at a goal; they are far too short-sighted to contemplate the consequences of their policies.

Feminism is analogous to any other leftist political scheme; they want to reap what they do not sow. Feminism attempts to allow a woman to enjoy all the trappings of being a woman while forcing the burdens associated with being a woman onto the general population. Essentially, feminists want absolute freedom of action while simultaneously being protected from any negative consequences of those actions.

It’s not hard to contemplate that any population that can fully insulate itself from reality will engage in activities that are naïve if not outright destructive. The resulting mentality of which is solipsism. A feminist woman could only assess a man as a means of fulfilling the female imperative.

Of course the left can only be a decent ally to this up to a point. Since leftism has devolved to the point where sex and gender are now subjective, the gains of feminism stand to be forfeited along with any notion of sexual identity.

It’s funny to think that in our bright new Fluidly Freaky Tranny Androgynous Slop culture the aspirations of feminism could be undermined by the very fruits of their gender-bending achievements. But it probably won’t go that way. If equalist leftoids have proven one thing about their ilk, it’s that they’re very good at changing the terms of debate when a logic trap looms.

“Feminism is about women who are low on the mating desirability scale ruining the chances for attractive young women ”

A call for more nuance, here, folks. We all know that feminism is also about girls getting their clits cut off; women in the United States decades ago having three job choices, teacher, secretary, or nurse. We know feminism is about women being forced to wear burqas and getting beaten and stoned for having been raped in Arab countries. We all know this. I like this CH comment forum, but sometimes it turns into an orgy of macho un-nuanced groupthink. Sometimes y’all just get plain stupid. Sorry to rain on your groupthink parade. You know I’m right. I don’t think y’all have the backbone to admit it. This forum is, in significant measure, about CH compensating for having chick acid thrown in his face like the Joker when he was a tender hearted young Jewish performance poet. Let the tomatoes fly.

I agree with you, ABS, but some of the other dudes here don’t do nuance. It’s easier for them to reduce arguments and then push them away.

Western feminism has become utterly pointless and a thinly-veiled power grab. That doesn’t mean that feminism isn’t needed elsewhere.

Laughable, especially when no nuance was to be found on the side you so raptly agreed with… but isn’t that always the case with you shit(heads)libs? Talking about the splinter in the opponent’s eye while blinking past the fence post in your own.

      • “nuance”? You are both wrong. Feminism has NOTHING to do with helping women – if it did, why don’t feminists say anything about the 1,400 girls raped by Pakis in Rotherham?

Why didn’t feminists say anything about Bill Clinton raping several women, that we know of?

Feminists only exploit a few issues, like rape, pretending to care in order to push their real agenda. The non-Whites – your people – are far more prone to rape, but feminists push for letting them in and become a majority. That is their real purpose, to dispossess Whites.

It is exactly like communists exploiting whatever pro-worker issue they can come up with, then create hell on earth for workers once they are in power and can steal all the wealth. All the feminist founders were communists – most openly so.

You have in your hands a proven formula men can use to find work. The conventional work search approach promoted by our female-centric media and corporate Human Resource advocates is designed to provide security for them and to keep you on the outside. To attain work you must identify influential men in your target industry and contact them directly to present your marketable skills. That is the essence of Employment Game and this book provides a flexible work-search system for you to tailor to your situation and skill set. While most job-hunting books tell you to follow rules and submit obediently to corporate employment screening channels, this tract shows you how to turn the system which discriminates against you to your advantage and get a true chance at the job while your competition is waiting for their next instructions from HR.

“I would totally buy that book, don’t know if your joking or not, but that is a legit interesting concept.”

Not joking. After getting canned yet again for sending an imprudently worded email to my patron I dusted off my old Spearhead essays and have expanded them into an ebook. Expecting to launch in a couple weeks.

I thought it would take a couple of months, sorta like Kerouac’s “On the Road” epic but am approaching 4 months of daily work. I take my wife to the local community college for her English classes and sit up in the library peering disdainfully at all the women walking outside with their hair-buns, smarty phones, and haughty cleavage. There I ran into an old coworker form 20 years ago who now works as a tutor in the library. I told him about my book and he dissolved into a foaming rage about “we got to end capitalism!”.

Some weeks later he called me seeking advice about a recent job interview. I am becoming known as the “Employment Game” dude and may appear on NBC’s 20/20.

A branch of Encorpera where I once worked is closing down and shedding their staff. Managers and engineers who never spoke to me are sending me pathetic entreaties to “connect” on linkedin. I explain in my book why to avoid social media and how to make linkedin your bitch and use her to satisfy your needs. After I launch I am going to pen a topical linkedin essay “Neckbeard Advises PUA Tactics for Finding a Job, But Do They Work?” wherein I will savage the manosphere and have subtle links to my book.

I registered employmentgame.com and installed a wordpress theme designed for authors to sell their books. Was effortless to set up and only cost $30. Have been looking at book aggregators that will distribute to all the major outlets for a small fee.

To create “buzz” I will provide promotion codes to Heartiste readers so they can get an unabridged copy for free. Because he is one of the few websites that hasn’t banned me. So stay tuned to get your free copy.

On a contrary note though, it almost seems like this “book” is a way to generate interest in the comments (rather than the other way around). And realistically, the comments will certainly have a wider reach – who is going to get a book?

Kudos though for seeing the opportunity. If someone can capitalize on the discontent about the prevailing bullshit at Encorpera (are they hiring btw?), then success.

As regards women popping pills, one EvoPsych angle is that women not only love being told what to do, but they also LOVE TO FOLLOW THE ORDERS EXACTLY AS COMMANDED. So if the physician tells them to take the pills, then their female brainstems want to dutifully do as they were told to do. Skepticism and contrarianism are rather rare personality traits amongst females.

I have made all the mistakes. I have known all the indignities. I provide details in my book so you can avoid the crushing humiliations that seem to accompany every act of trying to eke out a living.

The salient point in my book is that HR game forces you into passive mode awaiting instructions to jump through hoops for female amusement whereas Employment Game teaches you to drop your nuts, learn salesmanship, and reach out to influential men in your industry who can provide you work.

Also there is none of that infernal “he or she” butchery of the King’s English or any stupid anecdotes about “Mehgyn, who runs an internet startup and came to my office seeking advice…”. There a lot of great sales books out there written by voluble Jews but obviously their editors told them they had to market to the women. So they hacked in those infuriating phrases meant to portray women as commanding the heights of industry.

I suspect that “Employment Game, the Movie” would undergo the same defilement at the hands of the producers and we would get Amy Schumer schooling us that it’s all wrong and how men are going to have to accept that women are running things now.

It is social suicide to even mention these dark truths in public… most normal people with a grasp on reality are still terrified to discuss these things in public, for fear of being socially ostracized. In SWPL land, being labeled sexist, racist, or any kind of phobic, well, you might as well move to a new town.

He said the women are mostly in their 20’s and early 30’s and not much is expected of them because they are impossible to fire. The senior members hire them because they like having something pretty around to look at. I find it disgraceful. Feminism is a type of marxism where one group is told that they have problems even though they don’t and that these problems are caused by an evil conspiracy on the part of men.

I at first did nothing and then when she tried again with a bit more force I decided I would continue to walk in a straight line which would collide with her path. Without much effort on my part I deflected her attack and caused her to actually lose balance and nearly topple. Despite her size, she was very weak, which surprised me. I told him: “Ronda Rousey couldn’t beat me up.Floyd, if he didn’t pull his punches, would literally kill her.”

He started laughing like I’d said something crazy. “Duuuuude, she’s an all world MMA fighter. You couldn’t stand with her.”

Me: “I outweigh her by 40 pounds. I spent all of high school on the wrestling team, and 2-3 years afterwards off an on in judo and jiu jitsu. I’m under 40 and a lift 2-3 times a week; I bench more than she weighs right now, and I’m not even close to my physical/age/height max yet. And most importantly she’s a woman—she cannot take what a man dishes out. The best she could do is point me out given I haven’t been in a match in more than a few years. But give me 6 months to get in match shape and hone 1 take down, 1 punch, and 1 submission move and I’d win. This is pure physics.”

But he, who had never been in a physical fight and watched a lot of hype in movies, totally couldn’t understand it. He kept repeating “world class MMA fighter” like it was a magic talisman to suddenly fix all sexual differences. His exposure to female fighting was mostly through propaganda media (Buffy/Tomb Raider/Tough Grrrrl movies and TV) that made 110 lb models be able to kick the crap out of dudes twice their size.

      • As an ex-Karate instructor and competition fighter, there is a key factor that is often overlooked.

Women have an inbuilt biological/psychological aversion to getting in close and mixing it up body to body. A lot of women fail immediately they start competing because anyone who gets within their defence zone causes them to panic and/or freeze. This aversion is a piece of evolutionary biology from prehistory, when women were physically unable to resist much stronger men, so tried to get distance (run away).

You can train women to fight in close but it takes a lot of training and conditioning and they are never as good as men. Most men with an understanding of violence could defeat Rhonda Rousey. There are some manginas who would lose to her. These men epitomise social conditioning at its worst.

      • Refer them to the famous match between Karsten Braasch and the Williams sisters. Everyone should know this story. Same with what happened to the US Women’s world cup soccer team when they played a boys junior national team. Braasch played golf, drank a few beers, had a smoke, didn’t even bother to warm up, and then won the first 4 games against Serena, beating her 6-2, Venus 6-1. Had he played with match intensity they would have struggled to win a single point, and likely only won a game because he pulled up out of charity and bc he didn’t GAF. He was selected because they talked shit about how they thought they could beat a man ranked around 200. After destroying them in consecutive sets, they said “well, maybe around 350.” His retort was, “due to ATP rankings math, next week I will be ranked around 350, we can do this again.” They declined.

The US Women’s WC team was utterly destroyed by junior national boys. Elite women are equivalent, roughly, to a highschool aged male.

Hell, Joey Buttafucco beat the hell out of the pro wrestler Chyna in a boxing match. He was far older, fatter, out of shape. But he was a man, she wasn’t, even roided up, she was woefully outclassed.

Floyd Mayweather would literally kill Rousey. There’s a match between Lucia Rjiker and a man in MT. He put her totally out cold. She was far more dominant than Rousey in MT.

The elite men will only let the lower tier men be as masculine as much as they perceive that it will help them.

Corporations want eunuchs for the majority of their office workers. They want effeminate obedient males that do what they are told and afraid to rock the boat.

Women are ultimately harmless in terms of seeking and holding real power and have to masculinized in order to be productive and kept on track to stare at spreadsheets.

“Good comment, but it’s too bad he threw in that sop to getting an “education” before marriage. The “she needs it for a financial backup just in case” attitude is a big part of the feminist narrative. It leads to women entering marriage with one foot out the door, trying it out for a while before deciding whether to go with the backup. By the time she gets that college degree “just in case,” she’s already burned through several of her most attractive, fertile years; and unless she’s unusually virtuous, has been on the carousel learning bad habits.

It makes logical sense to reduce your risks as much as possible, but taking risks together is one thing that bonds a couple. When people like my parents and grandparents started a life together, owning very little and highly dependent on each other to make ends meet, it bonded them in such a way that they couldn’t imagine having done anything else. If a man died and widowed a young mother with no skills outside the home, that sucked, but it was very rare, and that’s what family and community are for. But when a married couple are both financially stable and don’t particularly need each other, you don’t get that interdependence. Instead you get a lot of people wondering if they could be doing better elsewhere.”

“In broader socio-economic terms, feminism has pressured women to build on their weaknesses and discouraged them from capitalizing on their strengths.”

“So we have weakened society as a whole by building on women’s weaknesses in attempts to make them the equal of men, rather than encouraging them in their natural strengths. And while this charade is going on, men are encouraged to adopt feminine attitudes and lifestyles at the expense of their own natural strengths, now deemed unnecessary in the new gender-neutral economy.”

That is really well put by Elmer, but I would have liked him to have expanded it a bit further.

For instance: I’ve read that the female psyche has a far weaker “border guarding instinct” compared to the male psyche (due, no doubt, to the very different likely fates for Males and Females of a defeated tribe, historically. aka… Death for the men and boys, assimilation for the women and girls).

So is there a connection between the West’s wholesale adoption of Feminism’s bogus doctrine of Androgyny, and it’s relatively sudden disinterest in minding its own borders?

Guy was seriously monotone as the result of pain medications he was taking to combat a back problem. The malady made him hilarious in a depressing way. Good guy though. Anytime I came by after class to get help with my assignments he was open to all questions.

People will ask, if devout Christians are such morally upright people, then why did Josh Duggar molest his sisters? Could it be that he was receiving mixed signals, a set of beliefs coming from his parents and faith in opposition to a much more seductive and tainted set coming from whatever popular culture was feeding him?

Place leftist “entertainment” over the responsible intellectualism of our forefathers and you will never establish the patriarchy of the above picture.

Think about it this way…was the MTV show “Teen Mom” created to humiliate teenage mothers or implant in the youth the idea that teen pregnancies are a sustainable lifestyle choice?

I’m impressed with his father making a statement that he hopes Josh gets broken in rehab. It’s neither amoral wagon-circling, nor a craven throwing of a liability under the bus. It’s the patriarch’s submission to God’s law and his firm expectations that his son lives up to those standards one way or another.

Women are already a lot more prone to mass hysteria than men and stress makes them even more susceptible, when you take into account the stress women have been put under by being thrust into roles that they are not suited for. I think it explains a lot about feminism, especially the absurdities of third wave feminism and it’s focus on trivia and anti enlightenment values. I think as women become more unhappy, which is the trend, we are going to see feminism become ever more hysterical and prevalent as the mass hysteria spreads. Women are self destructing.

Imagine a group – an Ethnicity, let’s call it – which first came to prominence in Prussia, then invaded the Austrian medical schools, and then the German departments of Social Sciences, and finally relocated to Columbia University in JYC, JY. And then imagine that Ethnicity spending decades [if not centuries] studying the hysteria, and devising a plan to unleash the hysteria so slowly that the Frog of the ambient Society never realized – until it was too late – that the hysteria had boiled the Frog to Death.

Feminism just appealed to their ego’s, which were massively overinflated by self esteem programmes in schools, to get women to chose a course of action that makes them unhappy and stressed. Which then perpetuates the hysteria and it is hysteria because it cause irrational beliefs and behaviour in those it effects even when you can prove them wrong with facts and logic.

  43. Great post.

“If equalist leftoids have proven one thing about their ilk, it’s that they’re very good at changing the terms of debate when a logic trap looms.”

Moving the goal post during an argument is classic liberalist doctrine. I’ve found that you have to continuously replace the goal post which usually escalates the emotions of your opponent. And when they realize they’ve lost or can’t win, the anecdotal stories and personal attacks come spewing out.
